“ Not professional at all deserves a zero star. The scheduled appointment was for noon and came after 6 pm, I was $300 instead of $210 like we agree, they broke the ceiling and said it was water damage when clearly there was paint all over the new apartment floor. They sent a guy who only alcohol and was clumsy, I contact them about all the and was told by the guy name Matt that he told his boss about it and that I was going to be by the boss. It's been a few weeks and they haven't called, email or contacted me in any way. I called and I was told that I wasn't going to get my money back because they had sent the third guy. I told him that, to begin with, our agreement was two guys for $210 I did not request a third person, specifically after telling them that the apartment complex we're going to only pay $219 because it was an urgent case, my floors we're very bad and unsafe, so I needed to move from apartment in the same complex. these people are very are not honest. The scratch all my daughter's new room furniture. Came late, charge more than agree, and sent a drunk guy. Still waiting for to contact me but instead, they keep saying to wait for the boss to call me. If I don't get a call soon with an agreement I will take this problem into law .”

Once I started getting upset that they were trying to come sooner than the promised time he said "well I'll call you and let you know" when I asked if someone was still going to come he said "we'll see if the scheduling works out" so now an appointment I scheduled 2 weeks ago is a MAYBE do NOT recommend AT ALL.”

“ Do not get these movers. They are highly unprofessional. I hired them to move my stuff last week. One of the guys had serious anger issues. He was cussing and throwing my stuff around. When I told him to stop he would yell back at me. They didn’t load my stuff properly. They just shoved everything in the truck with a lot of space on the top. Then they just left saying there’s no more space to load my stuff. I had to reload a lot of things and they eventually gave away some of my stuff. Very dishonest people. Do not rely on them.”

“ Terrible service and unreliable. I scheduled a month in advance to move a one bedroom apartment for $99. They were supposed to arrive at noon. When they didn't arrive and I received no call from them, I called and they said they were delayed until 2:30, which turned into 3 pm. But when they arrived they sent a 4 man crew who told me they were too big of a crew to move me and had to leave for another move in Sahuarita. Finally, after 4pm a 3 man crew showed up who told me they would have to charge me more than the agreed upon price, so I called the supervisor who stated the same thing. Due to wasting the entire day waiting on them I agreed on the new price, at which point they decided it would be too late to move me by then and they would have to reschedule for another day. Needless to say I told them no thank you and contacted a different company who was VERY prompt, on time and efficient.”
