“ This was a move from hell to be honest. Not one part of this move was smooth. We had used this company multiple times in the past and the office manager quoted us a price on phone that was not honored day of move. The move took 11 hours?! The owners had zero interest in our concerns. Their truck broke down and the owner had to come out to assist and still didn't even have the respect or customer service to speak to us about concerns when he was at our property and in fact, when they fixed the truck, they just left without saying a word ha! Both my husband and I are business owners and cannot imagine treating our clients the way we were treated. I always say, a business can be evaluated best when you have an issue, not when things are smooth. I wish I would have done what I normally do which is look at how the business responds to negative reviews. Are they understanding and respectful when their customer has a concern or are they defensive and unhelpful? I could have saved myself this experience so I encourage others reading this review to do take that step. You then know if a company will be there for you if an issue arises. I would highly suggest going with Just in Time Movers. I had a five star experience with them...night and day from this move with Dose.”
