“ I used Chase to store my furniture for several months. After I moved my items out of storage I never received my deposit back. After 45 days from the move out date I called. I was told there was "debris" left in the storage unit and I would not be getting my deposit back. When I asked what the debris was they couldnt tell me. They also said they sent me an email telling me this on 10/17. I received no such email (she insisted I had opened it). If there was debris left ....I certainly would have swept it out or picked it up to get my $90.00 back.”

“ I concur with the legions of reviewers who have had terrible experiences with this company. Do not use them. Had coordinated a time to do a virtual walk-through and after 25 minutes of not showing up I disconnected the session and called customer service. They could not explain why Ron did not join the session. And when I pressed for an explanation, the scheduler put me on hold to talk to the sales folks and came back and said they are not going to reschedule. Evidently they cannot handle out-of-state moves and definitely do not have good customer service. Avoid this coming at all costs!”

“ Paid the amount they asked for. They were very responsive until they got the money. After that was hard to get any answer. The promised date of delivery was 1st of July and when I called multiple my stuff was still at origin. Edit: I am so angry here is the email I sent them with details, again stay away!!! “ I have been patiently waiting to get status and delivery of my household goods. I have called multiple times in last few days and have gotten no resolution of this. I asked status of my shipment when I dropped off my car 22nd June, my wife called chase moving on 30th June and was told she will get a status back soon which never happened. When I called for expected delivery on 1st July is when I was told that my stuff is still in Vermont. Since then I have called multiple times and still no one can tell me where my stuff is. This has been very frustrating experience. I have given up on the hope that the goods will be delivered with in reasonable time period and have already bought new stuff here. As a physician I have not been able to start my job because of all this which probably affected care of multiple patients especially in covid era. I will file a complain to department of Transport regarding inability to get status of my shipment, failure to notify delay in delivery of goods and hostage for whatever good that does. ””

“ I needed packing and moving service on short notice, and was very concerned about getting it scheduled, completed properly and at a decent price tag. Once I was in contact with Chase (Ron), I was immediately relieved. They were very responsive and made me feel incredibly comfortable and that I was an important client, even though they were only moving a 1 bedroom condo that was a furnished income property. I live in Texas and was not going to be able to be present for any portion - especially during COVID - but they were so nice and reassuring that I didn't have to worry a bit. My realtor (Michaela Quinlan - the BEST!) was able to get to the condo on short notice - I'm talking within an hour - to do a virtual walk through and show Chase what all needed to be packed and moved. I got a quote very quickly and was able to schedule a date within the 3 week window I had (I was selling the property). With other places I contacted - or tried to - didn't have available dates I needed, and/or I had to fill out those stupid sheets itemizing all your things, which was very hard since I haven't been there in several years, and even once I did that, it took a couple days to get a quote back. AND on top of that, labor wasn't included etc. etc. etc... Chase was incredibly flexible, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. They made it sound easy, and even better, it was. I actually was a bit nervous since I didn't have to be, if that makes sense. On small snag - which was fixed IMMEDIATELY - was that the movers came a day early, and I had someone living there that was not comfortable letting them in that day. I contacted Ron immediately and within the same quick phone call, 'called them off' and took care of it for me. I didn't have to fight with anyone, beg the tenant to let them in or apologize to the movers. So, get these guys to do your move. They're reasonably priced, incredibly nice, communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with - great customer service. I was blown away, and I made sure that my realtor recommends them FIRST to any client that is looking. And, all of my furniture arrived in good condition, and early.”

“ We we worked with Chase, Kevin and Ron on our upcoming move. Ron did a virtual walkthrough of our house (while also washing his hands and getting a drink of water with me on FaceTime viewing all this. ) during the FaceTime call. The quote was sent immediately after. I responded to the quote immediately with the dates entered as they didn’t match the dates I requested. His email also stated to reply to this email to confirm the dates. Once he clarified the dates which he had in the notes section, I replied to consider this email confirmation of the dates and then sent the signed contract. No acknowledgement of that email. I decided to check in with them before heading out of town. I finally received an email saying that our dates and no other dates were available. They never acknowledged the confirming email or the signed contract. Calls were placed to no avail. No response. No courtesy , No trying to work with us. Nothing. Very very poor customer service.”
