They are not clear with pricing of storage, had I known it would cost me $400 for storage I would have NEVER done so, I was told it would be $100. I was told that my things would be delivered on October 22, I didn’t receive it until November 14. The company doesn’t answer phone calls, emails, or respond to voicemails unless the cops are involved. When my things were delivered they were broken and I was missing my absolute favorite bookshelf. Not only that, they put my shattered stuff into a bag with their TRASH! Water bottles, used napkins and food. Absolutely unacceptable. This company should not be allowed to handle people’s belongings. I paid over $2,700 for them to show up almost a month late and deliver broken items. This company is a joke. Please take my advice and do not use this company.”

They promised we would receive our shipment within 10 days. They also asked if we would update the review to a better rating. We obliged and said the review would be updated once our belongings were delivered. It has now been 3 weeks and still no sign of our belongings and basically no communication from the company. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! INITIAL REVIEW: We recently moved from IL to TX. We had trouble with these guys from the very beginning. They are extremely unresponsive and did not show up until the absolute last min before we needed to be out of our apartment. Now two months later, our belongings still have not been delivered. When called, all they will tell us is our things are still in IL and won’t be delivered because they can’t find a driver, their driver isn’t showing up, or their driver is refusing to make the trip to TX. They won’t give us an updated delivery date, and it seems they are not making any effort to deliver. Now they will not answer or return our calls. Save yourself a major headache and find someone else.”

“ I contracted with this moving company via a broker. They picked my furniture up from Oregon in June 23, 2020 but the mover did not arrive until June 26, 2020. Alex was the name of the mover. Alex showed up driving a Penske moving truck. This should have been the first red flag but my this time we were in a crunch for time. Alex assessed our belongings and stated an additional $900.00 was required as the broker under estimated the price of the move. I called the company and spoke to the manager Daniel. Per Daniel the broker often under estimated the price of the moves abc he would speak to him. I reluctantly paid the fee and my fiancé helped Alex load the truck. The company contacted me a few days later and asked if would I wanted the furniture delivered on July 7, 2020 I agreed. A few days before I contacted the company to confirm the move but I was unable to contact anyone. Later some one called to say the driver refused to come to North Carolina because of COVID 19. After several phone calls and emails, they scheduled a delivery date in September , 2020 only to not show up as promised. When I called to complain the manager Daniel and another person I think it was Alex laughed at me. I contacted the broker company, Horizan Movers in Florida, a person named Will, Initially he stated they had nothing to do with it because I contracted with the company. Then he stated he would have someone from the company call me. They did call but they only offered excuses for excuses and my delivered was in”scheduling”- months go by and I never received my furniture so I hired an attorney in October 2020- Ive been asked why I am fighting so hard to get my belongings. I am not fighting for a piece of furniture. I am a widow/ my husband was a US Army Veteran. I shipped military awards, memories from our travels, medical records, and other items that I could never buy- those are the items I want back! Although The company failed to show in court and I won the case by default in December 2020, I don’t have my furniture and I am out $4,162. 00. I contacted the company yesterday (1/29/2021) to discuss the return of my belonging. There response was they did not know about my judgement- so I read it to them over the phone. They stated they would contact their attorney and get back with me. I have read the reviews from other consumers who have experienced the same thing. I reported them to the better business bureau, federal motor carriers, and the Illinois state attorney general office. I urge others to report them to the Illinois state attorney office as well. I think the Attorney General need to know about how they are deliberately scamming consumers. If this has happened to you, I encourage you to call them. these unethical business practices must cease.”

Their rates are reasonable compared to alot of other moving companies in town. We were able to plan out our plan of attack and we made it happen. It took alot longer than expected, but I felt like they constantly worked except when I offered them refreshments and when they took a lunch. They took care of my furniture by wrapping it and covering it with blankets as to avoid scratches. I have a few difficult items like a pool table and an adjustable base bed, which they handled with extreme care. I have recommended them to others and I will use them again in a heartbeat.”
