Called day off for our 9AM move and said they were tied up with a 6AM move (who moves at 6am) and that we would connect around noon. I tried to remain flexible and optimistic so I said okay. Around 1pm, Andy called and said we were guaranteed a crew. They showed up at 2PM, told me they were turning the truck around and LEFT never to come back. They, including Andy, shut their phones off. We finally got a hold of Andy after having to have rented a Uhaul and moved ourselves and he cussed us out. DO NOT USE THEM EVER.”
