“ Horrible experience with this company. Scheduling was a smooth process with friendly customer service. Initially. Fair quote compared to other companies. They accommodated me with several changes as well as provided me with a generous discount to store my items overnight. The old saying goes “ you get what you pay for”. With this being said does not mean show up whenever you want. They were extremely late, at least 3-4 hours to pack the truck up and then again to deliver items to the new home. Totally unacceptable. This made my moving experience even more stressful. The leg on my sofa was damaged. I was told by the delivery lead ( can’t recall name) that he would notify the manager because they have a person who could repair it. He proceeded to take a picture of the damage. As of yet I haven’t been contacted. In addition, I texted the owner Parker no response! I received several apologies from the owner as well as the delivery lead. I don’t recommend it and will not use it in the future.”

“ Utterly terrible. I hired Blue Skies to move from one apartment to another apartment within the same building. I thought it was going to be simple but it was far from it. - Movers arrived 2-3 hours late - Movers complained the entire time and at one point told me to move my own items (if I could move my own couch, I wouldn't have hired Blue Skies....) - Movers specifically complained about how "heavy" the boxes were when I had informed them of the number of boxes AND their weight (because this information is necessary to calculate a quote) -- the mover even threatened to charge me more because they were "two men" boxes even though I paid for two movers AND the contract was for a flat fee - Movers asked for payment when the job was nowhere near completion and when I said I did not want to pay until the job was done, one mover threw the drinks I had provided for them on the ground and yelled profanity at me - When I told the mover I did not appreciate his attitude, he said "honey this isn't attitude, you haven't seen attitude" - Mover began to slam equipment around the apartment, which left physical damage in my apartment - At this, I called their supervisor to express that I did not feel comfortable and the supervisor simply said the guy had a "bad day" - I also reached out to Blue Skies to report this incident and the physical damage.. to no surprise, I have yet to hear back from them You're better off moving your own items because apparently, if you hire this company, the movers expect you to do it yourselves anyways.”

“ Blue Skies incorrectly scheduled my move and tried to blame me saying that I had incorrectly noted the date, while my confirmation and contract clearly stated the correct date. When the movers eventually arrived after a 2+ hour delay, they were extremely unprofessional and did a terrible job. Many of my items were damaged or completely broken and when I spoke with the supervisor, he simply said it was part of the "moving industry." I've moved many times in my life and have helped all my children move in and out of different locations, this amount of damage and the extent of damage is NOT standard in the industry from all previous experiences.”

“ About a year ago I had a rave review. PLEASE IGNORE IT. I’ve used them for the second time this March and it was a NIGHTMARE. They were supposed to show up on Saturday morning. They said their truck broke down. Promised the move would still happen that day. It didn’t. Promised the movers would be there 9-10am next day. They weren’t. Claimed they were running late and would be there by 11am. No show. Next hour, no show. Now not only did they stop calling us , but they would only answer our calls when we blocked our numbers. Movers finally called at 1pm saying they were 20 mins away. One hour later... nothing. Had to block our numbers again to get them to pick up and explain where they were. At 2 pm they said they were at our exit. We lived 4 minutes from our exit. They showed up 35 mins after that. When I asked why they were not answering our calls or staying in contact with us they responded “we’re dealing with other clients and have other people who also need our attention”. This was their response after our movers were *29* hours late. They didn’t install our king frame properly and they lost screws for my son's crib ... but pretended to put it together properly anyway and didn’t say anything. When we put our son in his crib and he leaned against it , the side began to give out because there were no screws in it. Had he been unattended this could’ve been a Strangling hazard. They damaged our portable fireplace and they stole an IP camera that we had purposely sitting out for a completely separate reason. I think they believed we wouldn’t notice it was taken when in fact it was in use at the very moment they took it. Lena, who is the only one who answers the phones, gave us a small credit towards the move and claimed they would send money back for the damaged and stolen items. She said it would take 14 business days. Contacted her after 14 business days with no refund. “whoops. Yea we didn’t put that through yet. “ She claimed she would call back in 2 days regarding the refund. She never called. At this point they are not answering their phones and their voice mailbox is full. We moved March 7th and it is now June 2nd. We’ve been trying to reach them this entire time. Early on when we asked to speak to a manager, or owner, or ANYONE else we told “no”. That’s it. “No”. We have literally given them 3 months to do right by us before writing this review. My husband and I have spread the word to friends, family, coworkers, facebooks groups l, etc to RUN from this moving company. Do not use this company. Whoever was running and working for this company at the time of my first review is definitely not handling this business now and these unethical frauds are simply riding on the coattails of the positive reviews that this company received early on.”
