In reaching out to this company, the owner Robert was unwilling to give us assistance to resolve this issue.”

“ Oh man I just have to share my experience with Express move movers. I’ve never dealt with a company so unprofessional and rude. I called to set up an easy move two days ago. Very simply, I needed a couch moved from Mesa to my house in Glendale. I’m a single mom with young kids so I physically couldn’t do it. Well they have absolutely zero communication. I had a call the day before just to make sure we’re still on. They don’t even answer the phone without an attitude. The man has hung up on me three times then calls back and gets mad because he said I hung up on him. I told them I needed it to be moved first thing in the morning because I have to go to work. We agreed around 10. While 1030 rolls by no phone call or anything. So I called four times. When they do answer the phone it’s very rude and asks like I’m bothering him. I still have yet to get a callback from them. I’m so disappointed because they were recommended and I was going to tip them very well. Save yourself some time and frustration and do not use these guys! There are many other moving companies that would be appreciated for your business .”
