“ Junior and his colleague did a great job to help me get moved. I didn't have a whole lot of stuff, however what I did have they cared about them and tied them down properly. I had glasses and other fragile items in my move and none of my items were damaged or broken. The movers were very professional. They do offer glass coverage and insurance if you want to protect your goods while in transit. Brandy is a great customer sales/service representative to work with. She and they did a very good job for me. Kudos to those guys.”

“ When I scheduled the movers the people were great to work with. I had to postpone my move a week and they were very understanding and friendly again. I was so impressed. The day I was scheduled to move in nobody showed up. I patiently waited for 5 hours until I started calling to find out what was going on. Finally Thomas showed up. My family unloaded the truck and he took the boxes upstairs. He worked hard but one person can't carry a piano up a flight of stairs by themselves. He was on the phone to the office but still nobody came out to help him. He didn't want to leave until the job was done and luckily a couple neighbors offered to help with so he didn't have to. If it weren't for Thomas this review would have been quite different.”

Didn't get a great first impression since the men resisted wearing masks during the move (and even called the office to complain about it) but magically found some in the truck. All of my things were moved quickly and nothing was broken. They did leave black scuffs all over my white bookcase and filled a fabric laundry basket with kettlebells (not a good idea), but they are not insured (which they make you aware from the quote) so slightly expected. Overall was good for a broke college student with very few things.”

“ I also like how Jake Taylor got charged for shrink wrap, without knowing. When going over the bill gentlemen said I would need shrink wrap for the tv, and pointed at the 39.99 I said ok, then when we got the bill, THEY CHARGED ME $400 ALONE for SHRINK WRAP SMH. They also spent multiple hours just wrapping things that didn't need it, (and I said that) and multiple layers. The lady that took my appointment was professional and movers were good, just very unsatisfied and felt taken advantage of.”

“ I would definitely avoid this company. They will spend 30 minutes removing a door and putting it back on. They sold us on wrapping the furniture and said it was $40. I asked this for everything they said yes. Turns out it's per roll and they needed 2.5 rolls. They easily spent 2 hours just wrapping furniture and removing doors and putting them back on. It took them 7 hours to move 3 couches, washer and dryer, fridge and 3 mattresses. Ended up costing $750. They also damaged my kitchen table (took it apart when they didn't need to and put it back together wrong) There are better options out there trust me. Yes you can't find me in your system but I assure you that i used your company, it was just under my girlfriends name not mine.”

“ I have never had such a horrible experience with a company!! They were scheduled to be at my place between 8AM and at 9AM I called to see where they were. I was informed that it was a window between 8-10AM, but that one of the movers called out sick so they were trying to find someone else and it would be closer to 10 before they arrived. At 9:30AM they called to say they could not find anyone and offered either a 1-4PM window or the following day from 7-9AM. I had to be out of my house that day so I chose the afternoon. At 12:30 they called and asked if we could move it to the next day, because another job was going long. I said that was not possible and Brandi, the receptionist, was going to continue to "work on it". I called at 2PM and she said she had a team and they were coming back to the shop and headed out shortly. At 2:59PM she called saying they were on the way and would arrive in 30min or less. We waited at the house for 3 hours and no one showed!! I tried calling multiple times and only got a machine. The whole day was wasted! I called right when they opened the following day and spoke with Suzanne who was very nice and unfortunately walked into an unpleasant situation. She took my info and called me back in 15 min and got a crew out to help me move. The movers were nice and efficient, but at the end they charged me for going an hour over the allotted time. I spoke with the owner and he bullied me into paying the price, even though there was no call no show the day before, and I had to take off work the following day. The whole thing was completely unacceptable. I would never use this moving company again, nor would I let anyone I know use them. Absolutely awful!!”

“ Hired them to take furniture to nearby Goodwill for donation. The crew was going to keep a lot of the furniture for themselves without asking, I told them to unload the rest of the furniture and they broke several of the items because they were angry. Then after I paid them the driver told me it was time to settle up with them for tip. I called and talked to the person in the office managing the move and told her what had just happened. She said she would handle it and talk to the owner of the company and call me back with an update. To this day I have never had a response from this company, I will never recommend this company to anyone!”

“ Watch out! Moving is NOT done with care. In my case doors, flooring, walls, and other items were damaged due to just rushing and not looking where they were going. Movers do not seem to have basic experience or training and seemed to be day labor men. Company was unable to make an original move that day and was pushed back to the following day. No courtesy call was even made after being over an hour past the 2 hour arrival window. This company does not have insurance and does not seem to even care to fix damages that are 3 times more expensive than the cost of using their services.”
