“ Our house has a steep narrow driveway near trees. We explicitly asked for smaller trucks and were told they could be provided. A single huge truck showed up. It could not get up the driveway until I spent an hour trimming trees. Had I not done this, they were going to have to drive an hour back to Tucson and it would take 4 hours to arrange the right trucks. We needed to get moving. Otherwise, they did a good job. We were moved in one day. Very nice, professional crew.”

“ I had high expectations for this company and I was mostly disappointed. Diana Romero, the sales rep came to my home and I explained the scope of the move, two homes combining into one, all within a 3 mile radius. She seemed very nice and professional. I toured her through both homes and she entered all the info on her laptop. I got multiple bids and decided to go with Bekins due to Diana's assurance that she would take care of me. Not the case! The moving team was ill prepared for the move. They came to the wrong house first, tried to postpone one house until the next day, and, due to taking a 1.5 hour lunch, didn't finish up till 6:30pm. The movers were very polite, but one got sick and sat in the truck most of the afternoon. Bekins couldn't replace the sick guy so the other two had to work much harder. And, worse thing, Diana was unreachable the whole day. They only broke one item, and it was repaired good as new. I guess that's the only positive. I would not recommend this company for your move!”

“ Avoid this company! Bekins was hired to pack my apartment and move my household goods from Tucson, AZ to Albuquerque, NM. The movers arrived late on packing day, didn't have enough required supplies (tape or mattress boxes). They assured me my items would be created the very next morning at their storage facility and stored with care until another company could move my items to Albuquerque. The driver that eventually picked up my items to transport them took a picture of how my belongings were stored at Bekins' warehouse for two weeks (see attached picture) - in the aisle, not created, stand up dresser and nightstand upside down. Not only did the company outright lie to me about how they would store my belongings, but their carelessness caused damage to a dozen of my items, to include expensive furniture (legs broken off coffee table, large gouges and scratches on dresser, nightstand, bookshelves and kitchen table, flat screen television housing cracked, etc.). I've attached just a few pictures of some of the damage. It's completely unacceptable for a professional moving company to treat your items this way!”
