They helped us move my 80+ year old parents to a 4th floor apartment which was supposed to have elevator access. Luck was not in our favor however because the elevator was broken. These guys proved they have the customer service skills that the high dollar apartment complex staff were lacking. They had wonderful, positive attitudes the whole time as they hand dollied 1200 sq. ft. of furniture up 4 flights of stairs.
