“ I had contacted this company for a quote, but needed to wait to finalize things since I wasn't sure which day we were closing on our house. In the meantime, when I had mentioned to a friend that we would be hiring movers to help us load our truck, they offered to assist us and we accepted to save some money. I let the company know as soon as possible (I initially contacted them on 8/4 and notified them the morning of 8/6, which was 5 days ahead of time) so they could book another client for that time slot. The guy later texted me and said "o I forgot please lose our number would be best". I was confused by that, so I texted back and said "Meant for someone else???' to which he replied "no, we could have had a big 10 hour job, but we were holding that Tuesday morning for u til u decided...but now we lost that job too...thanks a million...and please no need to text back" I was so shocked by that response because I thought I was doing the right thing by notifying him well in advance and at no time was I rude to him, but he was obviously very frustrated with me. I followed up with a text saying that I was sorry that he lost the other job, but I wasn't sure why he was angry with me since I had done nothing wrong. After reading several other yelp reviews, I see that I am not the only one who has had this type of experience.”
