They called at the last minute (as in 28 minutes before they were supposed to show up) to tell me they would be late and may be sending someone else; I should get a call from another company shortly. An hour goes by, nothing. I call back. Still nothing from this other company until we called the owner an hour later. So now I’ve been pawned off on a different company I know nothing about, who couldn’t even be bothered to call me, and Active Movers is ignoring our calls. No offer of a discount.
