“ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am on call 138 and day 5 (weekdays only). My property has been wi gr h this company for over two months and they don't know where it is. I ended up finding my property with the help of the Army transportation office but they can't deliver it for another month. This company refuses to speak to me about an inconvenient fee or even answer their phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They only have 1 person named Mandy to answer the phone and she never does. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company.”

“ Do not use this moving company!! We interviewed 4 different moving companies and chose to go with Atlantic, bad decision. 1. We were charged $2k more than the quote we were given. We were charged for packing items when we actually packed our own home. 2. They broke a $2400 dresser before it was even moved out of the bedroom, and they broke a $1000 marble coffee table after moving it 3 feet. These items were not even placed in the truck before they were broken. 3. We were assured by the sales rep that our wine would be last in, first out to ensure the air temp stayed witching acceptable ranges. This was not the case, the wine stayed on the truck for more than 3 hours in the heat, resulting in damaged wine. After filing a claim with Atlantic we were told that we would not be reimbursed for any of the damaged items and that we would not be credited for the incorrect amount we were billed. We copied the sales rep on all of our communications as the agreement was made with him and he never responded to one email. Do not use this company, especially if you are using a crew based out of Phoenix Arizona.”

“ Terrible service and experience. I used Atlantic/Atlas for a cross-country move. There were numerous issues relating to customer service such as extremely poor communication and each person I spoke with told me something different. But the worst part is most of my items were damaged. I paid extra to have Atlantic pack my TV, which arrived shattered and crushed. Two pieces of furniture were broken into pieces. Numerous other items were scuffed, scraped or dented. Some items were missing. Every box that was unloaded from the truck was torn or crushed. When I tried to get resolution, I got no support from Atlantic except "call corporate." I would expect that you would at least care that YOUR employees packed my items incorrectly, but no. Absolutely would never deal with this company again.”

“ I was extremely disappointed in the timing it took to get a contract. I didn't get a contract until the day Altas arrived to pack my belongings. They packed far too many boxes and marked them miscellaneous items. A large mirror was broken and I wasn't notified of the brokerage while I was signing the paperwork. I feel that they didn't intend to tell me of this even though he claimed he noted it. My new dining room table was scratched and I wasn't notified of this when my belongings were being packed but it was listed in the packaging notes. Two hours before the delivery team was completed they were ready to leave with out assembling two beds and two tables and unpacking number of boxes. I had to tell them about these items. The lead man had no intention of doing this work because he told his crew to put all the empty boxes in the truck. Generally speaking I feel strongly that Atlas Van Line didn't follow threw with their commitments in a timely manner and certainly didn't perform in a business like manner. I don't intend to recommend Atlas Van Line to anyone.”
