“ I wouldn’t use them again. The 3 person team they sent over was sorry. Only one person was carrying their weight (his name was JP and he was great). The other 2 people were either exhausted or straight up lazy. So basically it was a 1 person team. There was no hussle. Walking around aimlessly looking around at the furniture instead of wrapping the furniture or loading the truck. I saw them on their phones multiple times. There was definitely time that was wasted, which we ended up paying for that wasted time. One of the main reasons I booked them is because I was told they were taking Covid precautions by wearing masks and gloves. They probably wore their masks and gloves a total of 5 minutes. Finally, there is a nice size hole in my freshly painted wall that they caused. My advice to you would be to find a different moving company because these folks are amateurs.”

“ repeat client - this move started off not how I expected, but in a good way! the crew was larger than anticipated and they brought a 2nd truck 'just in case'. turns out we needed it!! we only had 2 days notice to move and were far from ready. the guys helped pack us up, disassembled/assembled our high value bedroom set, sectional, and super heavy mattresses - wrapped them all in plastic/blankets, and stayed to help us unload our personal vehicles too! all the guys worked hard the whole time, despite cloth masks as a precaution for the pandemic. professional and trustworthy. the receptionist was very reassuring and responsive with scheduling. a bit expensive but you get what you pay for - the price structure was fair, a flat rate, and upfront. plus we asked them to do a lot and never a grumble, even rearranging things. we were able to do our move-out clean the following day, thats how thorough they were. “ I have moved from New York to Charlotte NC to Virginia Beach...This was the ABSOLUTE WORSE....I informed the OWNER that two of my pedals were missing that I made into a table by placing a thick glass on top..I was asked if I check the truck I said I was only aloud to look in not get in I couldn't see past the stack pads..The OWNER went on to say that if he took the WORD Of EVERY CUSTOMER he would be out of business...Calling me a liar.. a customer..then he went on to say he will look in the truck for evidence of the pedals being broken...Are you kidding me...I explained to him that I brought the pedals on sale at A C Moore for 19.99 a piece...He said maybe they will go on sale again...Unbelievable!!!!! So take a chance with this company if you want if the Movers break something...Don't worry the Owner has a degree in forensic and watches a lot of CSI”

“ I include below emails I sent to them after the move that will let you know in full why it's a very bad idea to sign up with these movers. If I were you, I'd keep looking - or you will regret it like I did. Every single piece of my furniture was damaged, and the owner is stalling and finding excuses to not pay out the damages. When the owner - Bill - does a walk through before hand to give you a quote; he will seem like 'a nice guy.' But don't be fooled. He will say anything you want to hear to get your business - he's very good at that. Will overcharge you compared to other movers, and then all your stuff will be damaged - and he will not pay out damages. I have over $3k in damages that they are not covering - which means I got screwed. I will be taking legal action. As reviewers on Google reviews noted, don't fall for the positive reviews. There's no way those could be real. The owner of the company probably got friends and family to post fake positive reviews. My email to them on 6/1/2018: Bill, I still not heard from you. The damages are beyond belief. Every single piece of furniture has been damaged. I have over 10 pieces damaged. I have pictures on everything. In the last 6 years of moves, I've never had such damage. And yet you charged me more than anyone ever had - which should have ensured a professional move. But it didn't because it's clear you simply don't care about making sure people get their furniture undamaged. It seems all you care about is overcharging people for a move - and you will say whatever it takes to get someone to sign up with your company - but it's all just words; their stuff will inevitably arrive damaged because you and your crew don't care about doing a good job; then disappearing when you're contacted about damages. NOTHING was wrapped properly - as agreed. NONE of my furniture was wrapped before they were loaded. They were loaded unwrapped - and some blankets simply thrown on them. And then moved off without any wrapping or protection. The truck was filthy. My furniture has black, thick dust on it that was not on it before it was loaded. That did not happen when I moved down to Virginia Beach, so you keep dirty trucks. Now I discover that they lost the middle leg of my bed - it's not there. This bed by itself costs $2k, and the middle leg is not there - which is supposed to hold the weight of the bed up. And I also found screws that popped off because that drunkard didn't put it together properly. Which means this bed is going to collapse. Not only that, they made scratches all over the place on the wood floor of the old place. I have pictures of all that. And I wake up to find a hole in the living room wall of my new place - that was not there before they moved the stuff in. I have pictures. -You send a drunkard as part of the crew - he was reeking of alcohol the whole day - as I mentioned in a previous email. -All the furniture was not wrapped BEFORE they were put on the truck - as I had asked. -I watched that drunkard supposed 'wrap' the furniture as they were put on the truck. And he didn't. He just threw blankets over them. Which did not protect the furniture. -That drunkard, as I mentioned in a previous email, kicked my wood furniture hard. When I told him not to, he had an attitude about it. He kept throwing my boxes hard on the ground; I had to ask him to not do that and be careful. It should be obvious - don't damage people's things! -The crew was complaining about you when you were not around. -You were complaining about the crew when they were not around. -The crew were arguing constantly - on the delivery end. -The crew clearly do not care about their work, and you are to blame. -The level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled. -The fact that every single piece my furniture was damaged despite assurances that everything would be protected My email to them on 6/3/2018: The pictures of the damages are attached. The following is the complete list of damages. Let me know what the process is for covering these damages and timeline. There pictures are attached: 31 damaged areas of furniture 7 damaged ares of flooring - the apartment in 1 damaged wall area - the apartment in Total Cost: $3,419 plus the charges to fix scratches on the wood floor.”
