“ I am moving internationally. This company was the contractor for the primary company that is handling the overseas move. Though they arrived late, The team did an awesome job. They went above and beyond. Derek and Archie were 2 people that did my packing. Derek was pretty good. He paid attention to each and every item and packed carefully. Archie did a good job too. “ Assurance Moving & Storage LLC, correct? also known as: Moving Pro US All Moving USA US Atlas Movers West Coast Movers USA Coastal Moving Group US National Movers Relocating Pro US Revolution Moving Systems USDOT # 3004354 They sent google street view screenshots to our moving broker (Moving Pro US), claiming that their crew came to our house. Someone in this situation is lying. We hired Moving Pro US as our moving broker, and they in turn hired Executive Moving & Storage. We were never notified of this subcontractor. The movers never showed up on the 6/11-6/12/20 pickup window. We received a call from Moving Pro US stating that a truck had broken down. We were told that a manager would call us back that night with a new pickup date. Nobody called. The following morning, after trying to reach someone at Moving Pro US for hours, we were able to call and cancel. The logistics person promised that no moving crew would be sent out. She verbally stated this. Later, other people at Moving Pro US started calling us, trying to convince us to keep the job open. They wanted us to load our own 26' box truck, drive 3 hours to a hotel, and then the crew would transfer all our belongings to a new truck for the cross country drive. I said no thanks. Later in the week, we finally reached Sean W***** at Moving Pro US, who tried to claim that the moving crew DID in fact come out to our house. This would mean that we somehow refused service at the time of pickup. I asked him when they came out, but he refused to state this. He claimed that the movers (apparently Executive Moving & Storage) had sent him pictures of our house as evidence that they came out. I asked to see these pictures. He agreed, and emailed them to me. I reluctantly agreed to sign for a partial refund (1943.23). A few hours later, it occurred to me that the pictures looked strange. I went back to the email and looked again. There was artwork and outdoor plants in the pictures that we had sold many months prior. I pulled up Google Street View of our house... He had sent me SCREENSHOTS OF GOOGLE STREET VIEW. So, either Sean W***** at Moving Pro US is lying to me, or Executive Moving & Storage lied to Moving Pro US, so they could keep the deposit. According to Moving Pro US, Executive Moving & Storage received our deposit from Moving Pro US, which should total $2218.65, and they should send us that refund directly. Moving Pro US has denied any culpability, and I don't trust them to send me the refund directly.”

“ This company just moved a hot tub that I sold and it was handled completely wrong. They shouldn’t have accepted the job if they didn’t have the proper equipment to move a hot tub. They only sent 3 men out and they didn’t have any equipment meant for moving a hot tub. The workers were nearly crushed in the process of trying to get the hot tub into the back of the truck which some of my neighbors also saw. The hot tub is now broken and won’t turn on at all even though it’s essentially brand new (less than 1 year old). The buyer is having to pay for a hot tub mechanic, around $600-$700, to fix it because the moving company says they aren’t liable, even though it worked perfectly before they moved it. I’m upset for the buyer, who is a healthcare worker, because this company seems to just be giving them the run around and will not own up to their mistakes of accepting a job that they were clearly not properly equipped for. I would certainly steer clear of this company because they are simply dishonest. If they continue to decide not to help, I’ll be happy to help with a BBB complaint to make sure they are held accountable. The workers themselves who came to move the hot tub were actually pretty pleasant. It’s the company as a whole who dropped the ball by not equipping their workers with the right equipment to move a heavy hot tub. This company put their workers in harms way and as someone who has made a career in occupational safety, I certainly won’t stand for that. If the company decides to do the right thing, I will update my review to reflect that, but as of right now 1 Star is completely appropriate.”
