“ Overall the movers did a great job. I did sustain some damage to artwork, and stained glass. I had been reassured that the moving van had a special place for start and the movers would diligently wrap pieces. They were not wrapped. My stained glass art piece I bought in Hawaii has 2 broken glass sections. I am not sure it can be repaired. Also a custom framed piece had chopped damage to the frame. Coincidently these pieces were adjacent to each other and neither were wrapped. None of my art pieces were wrapped as promised. This was most disappointing as I had planned to wrap them but was reassured they'd be taken care of properly. Sigh. I'd love to give 5 stars, as everything else was taken care of perfectly, but these damages are disappointing on many levels. Artisan Movers, you need to wrap stained glass artwork in bubble wrap as promised.”
