They confirmed before the day of the move , gave a time frame of when they could be at the residence and stuck to it. The day of the move, they called and were able to tell us they were on the way and gave us a time when they would arrive. All Questions were answered fully and with complete confidence. We had some very valuable antique furniture and they handled it with TLC. They wrapped all the furniture with blankets then taped The blankets and then put heavy Saran wrapping around the furniture for extra protection. There were no problems with dropping off the furniture at the designated locations ( they made 2 different stops) and they made sure we were happy with placement. “ We chose this moving company because we read some great reviews off google however, a couple things were off. This was our first time using movers so we were unsure of what to expect or what they expected from us as consumers. I called the company, spoke with a woman (can’t remember her name) and asked her what we needed to do for the movers to be the most efficient, she said we could bring boxes out for the movers to make it easier but that was about it. They also asked us to give them a list of everything big we needed moved (TVs, couches, beds, desks, etc) which we did. When the movers arrived, they told us they did not have the boxes for the TVs so we would basically have to go buy a box or have them take it at our own risk without them being liable, which sounds like common sense that we would need a box for our TVs but the company made it seem as if they had all of that equipment(they do charge a 10% equipment fee after all). On top of that, one of them movers was on his phone THE ENTIRE TIME! He would lift something with one hand and have his phone in the other, not making use of the time. They ended up taking 5 hours to move a 2bd 2ba apartment, broke one of our lamp bulbs, damaged the sofa, and broke off a wheel from my desk chair. They only mentioned the light bulb broken, nothing else and there was glass left on my son's toy kitchen and on my bed. Have to say that I expected more for almost paying $600 for their service but I know now that I won’t ever use them again.”

“ Stay as far away from this company as possible!!! I'd like to give it 0 stars! Moved in January and they damaged ALL kinds of things, including one of the doors on my refrigerator. When I contacted them, (one of the FEW times they've bothered to respond) I was told that my wife had signed the paperwork and they would only pay $.60/pound of what the item weighed. That equates to about $360 for a $700 door. Broke a leg completely off a patio chair. They won't do anything about that because it weighs like 10 pounds. In addition, they broke both glass doors out of our curio that we didn't find until later when we unwrapped it. I have called and left NUMEROUS messages and was told a month ago "checks in the mail". It's now May and they don't answer the phone and I've not received my damage claim. The only positive thing I can say about this company is the 3 guys who did the actual moving were courteous. Worst moving company in the valley!!”
