“ My husband and I are Canadian but had a beloved home in Fountain Hills, Arizona which we used seasonally for many years. We had decided earlier this year to downsize but then Covid19 interrupted all plans in March and we had to return to Canada. We have no idea currently when we will be able to return to Az. So we decided to move ahead with the sale of our home from 2500 miles away and simply could not have done it without the help of our realtor, friends there and the wonderful services of local companies like Arizona Moving Specialist. We were referred to them by a local source, checked them out online and then contacted Pablo, the Manager, by phone. From that time forward, I felt we were in very good hands. Pablo worked with me on scheduling and rescheduling both packing of what we wanted to keep and then the move into storage. We communicated well by email, text, phone and even FaceTime. Given we would not be present for any of the actual packing and moving, he took the time to go to the house ahead of time and FaceTimed me throughout the entire home to ensure he knew what was staying and what was going. He did that again the day of the packing and then again the day of the move. Couldn't thank him enough for that as it was the last I was able to see of our home there - actually rather emotional for me. Pablo then followed up with great customer service on some remaining items to be packed and moved. It was a very stressful time for me, dealing with the sale and move all from so far away, but Pablo took the time and effort to assure me all would be done as we wanted and that our remaining possessions would be safely packed and stored. And the price for doing this was all quite reasonable, given the time he personally gave to the project. Not easy for them either, given the owners were not present to assist in any way. We'll see the results when we're finally able to get back to Az but, given our experience to date with this company, I'm confident we'll be well satisfied when we go to unpack.
