“ Don’t waste your time! They would not get me a contract with the price they verbally gave, or any contract at all. After a full week of communicating about the move and my repeated request for a contract, they then jacked up their price by more than double, less than 48 hours before the move! No, they did not come and find anything different then the original already packed up contents because they never came out at any point. Everything was sent to them by email in pics and an inventory list from my previous move. Extremely unprofessional! They bait you in with a reasonable price then you end up in a bad situation because you need to get moved. Don’t fall for it!”

“ Have used this company a couple times before and was impressed so much that I decided to use them again. This was by far the worst move I have ever had. One of the guys was completely unprofessional and kept taking personal phone calls. The move was scheduled between 11am and 3pm, they showed up at 230pm after finishing their first job. A small one bedroom apartment shouldn't take that long to pack up, or so I thought. 3 1/2 hours later they finally had the truck loaded. I have personally moved several times and could have loaded the truck in about an hour. They took their time loading and Greg seemed to not care about how long it took or how he handled our items. They didn't use mattress covers, which were specifically requested so the mattresses are dirty now. The once white coach now has dirt and possibly grease stains on it. They dropped the dining table and broke part of it. Would not recommend using them or at least request that you don't get Greg!”

“ We used ADM for 3 different moves. The movers did great jobs each of the times. On the last move, at the beginning of June 2020, one of our kid's beds was damaged and was then unusable. We filled out the proper form and supplied all of the requested documentation to the office. The damage was acknowledged at the time of the move by the job supervisor. We were extremely patient and tried to be understanding that COVID took its toll on parts of their company. We called numerous times and were told each time that they were behind on processing claims and "you should be getting a claim check in a few weeks." We would wait a few weeks and nothing would come. We'd call the office about once a month and kept hearing the same thing. It wasn't until about February that we were told our claim would be moved to the top of the pile and because we didn't buy insurance, we would be paid out by weight. Fair enough, we didn't get the insurance and we accept that. I also want to point out that the office staff we spoke with was very apologetic each time we called and was appreciative that we were not yelling at them. With that being said, we were not happy that it took this long to resolve and I do not believe it would have been addressed if we hadn't kept inquiring about the status of our claim. We couldn't help but feel they were hoping we'd give up and forget about it. I cannot say that I would recommend ADM to our friends and family after this last move. After using them for 3 different moves in 5 years, we did not feel like we were valued customers.”
