I spoke with William, the CEO, to arrange the move and he explained that they move cubicles all the time and that he would send a competent crew out for our move. I invited him over to see the site and he said he did not need to see it. I called two day prior to the move to verify that they could handle the cubicles and he assured me that it was no problem. On the day of the move a team of three men arrived and they were shocked to see that we needed cubicles moved and expressed that they had never disassembled/reassembled cubicles before. The team was very friendly, energetic, and efficient with the rest of the move. It seemed as if there was a communication break down between the booking and the crew. We hired them due to the need to move the cubicles and they were unable to complete the job. My company’s CEO and electrician ended up having to assemble the cubicles at the new location.”
