I called the morning of the delivery and the woman who picked up the phone was absolutely RUDE for no reason! Nasty attitude and just plain mean! I asked her for a time and she just replied “this morning,” and proceeded to rush me off the phone! The actual movers were EXCELLENT! They were punctual, fast, and professional all the way! I would recommend that the owner of this business get a new receptionist ASAP or risk losing out on future deliveries due to the constant influx of bad customer reviews. It would be a shame because the movers on the truck are awesome!”

“ The receptionist was unnecessarily rude on the phone yesterday when scheduling the assessor's visit. The assessor, Randy, was worse. He refused to wear shoe coverings (which I purchased) or remove his shoes when I politely asked him if he would. I would have let it slide had he given any reason at all but he said "no", walked back to his truck, and just drove off without saying another word. Based off of the poor attitudes and unprofessionalism of both of these people, I absolutely would never trust them with my property. An official complaint has been filed.”
