“ Meh. I would really look into these guys and maybe some of the reviews that are not recommended. I used them to move from Irving to Fort Worth.. my total was $500ish plus I tipped the guys $100 - they were cool.. they were not the problem. The problem was that there's a ton of damaged items. 2 broken mirrors tapped facing each other so I didn't notice until I unpacked. Bar stool is broken, shelf's and an ottoman. Glass items in boxes labeled fragile. I've moved this stuff around 3x and it stays in perfect condition. They also used tape to tape up some of drawers in my desk and it ripped off the paint. Cracks in bowls, etc. (will post pics soon) I did also find them taking unnecessary steps like taking pegs off bookshelves.. that were embedded in the bookcases... time sucker. I understand it's a hard job, and the guys were nice and that's why I tipped extra.. but once I started unpacking weeks later.. is when I found all the mishandled items. I reached out via email and got zero response.”

“ Fantastic experience! Moving is a pain in the ass and they made it so easy. They showed up 5 mins before scheduled time. We had 4 scheduled movers and they were all very friendly. They were sure to look at everything thoroughly before moving. Wrapped pretty much every piece of furniture. Absolutely nothing was damaged. Asked where I'd like everything to go. And was able to talk on the phone to confirm exactly the size truck and what items we needed moved. I got an email and text reminding me of the move time we agreed on the week before the move. The guys showed up at 9:15, which was 15 min later than I thought-but it was fine because the guys communicated with me that morning. The guys were quick, made sure they knew what we wanted moved, were very gentle with my antique pieces, and even made sure the furniture was laid out how we wanted at the new house. “ WARNING: AM MOVING COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS. I went with these movers thinking the positive reviews, referral from a family member and reassurance from an employee Sergio that the movers would wear gloves & masks but the 3 movers were highly unprepared. Only 1 had a mask and this company did not provide them with masks or gloves. You put both your clients and workers at risk not taking measures against for COVID-19 by entering multiple houses. I am mostly writing this review to warn others for transparency purposes so that both clients and the company can track or locate a potential outbreak. I urge you all to go with another moving company and prioritize your safety. Do not waste your time, money or trust with this moving company. Unfortunately, if you have high risk individuals in your household (which I did) this company will not do its due diligence and take the necessary safety measures.”

“ Overall a great experience. For the price we paid, it was a reasonable and quick move from house to apartment. The movers were kind, quick, and experienced. Everything made it over to our new place in one piece. Some things to be aware of: we were told a 9am arrival time, they arrived 40 minutes late; we were told 4 movers were coming, 3 showed up; overall they were careful with our belongings, the only damage incurred came from the screw-on legs of our couch. They hit the door frame coming into our new apartment, causing them to break off a 3" piece of plastic. None of the movers acknowledged the damage, but I didn't care too much as it's an old couch. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a quick and cheap move. They also honored our discount.”

“ They were good about setting up the appointment and communication about when they would be there. They called when they were 45 minutes away, which also helped. The guys didn't dilly-dally around and try to run up the clock but showed up and got right to work. They were really careful with the items, taking care to not try to hit walls and such. They did wind up scratching the texture and paint off a textured and painted garage floor with a really heavy item, but that was just a minor deal for orienting one heavy item to get through a door way. It obviously would've been better if they didn't take the texture/paint out of the garage floor (a circle, about 2 inches in diameter), but they really were careful, overall.”

“ Setting up the service online was easy, and I liked that I was able to input the items I had in an inventory. I sat on finalizing the appointment for a while, and the offered me a discounted rate! It was $105/hr for the entire move and a $40 gas/trip free. Andres, Brian, and Javon helped me with my move and they did a really good job. They wrapped everything up which took longer than expected. They informed me after that if I had wanted anything unwrapped to save time then I would have had to tell them prior and signed a waiver. So just a heads up if you want to save some time and money.”

I called a couple days ahead of my needed move date on a holiday weekend, and they were able to get me scheduled; great follow-up via email as well. “ I hired these movers specifically because they have good reviews and because I needed someone who could store my belongings. The move was booked for May 30. First the company called me back to tell me they could not store my things because they are out of storage space, but could still do the move. I stayed with them since they had good reviews. The day before the move, I called to ask a question about the truck they would be bringing and learned that my move wasn't on their books. Not only that, but they claimed to have no record of any contact with me despite my having multiple emails from them. They made no attempt to try to accommodate me despite my having flown into town to do the move. Additionally I asked to speak to a manager/owner to try and remedy the situation and was told he was off. If I wanted to speak to him, I could wait until Monday but there was no way they could accommodate me.”

The three gentlemen (Giovani, Manuel, and Vernon) were respectful, courteous, fast, and meticulous when packing my belongings and moving it down the street. They did so by wearing masks on a hot day and wearing booties where it was safe to use them upstairs of my new home. “ Would not recommend this company. . Damaged my dining table. Scraped my wall . Very slow and disorganized. Put two charges thru to My bank . I had to wait 5 days to get my money back. It was $460.00. The owner was nasty when I called and reported the scraping the wall . Never apologized for anything . Depend on the crew they send. I used them 2 times . The first time was good - two Hispanic guys. The second time two white guys and one black guy was when I had the problems.”
