“ These guys move slower than you could possibly imagine. So slow, that I eventually told them to leave things and just go. Also. Explain to me how it's okay to take a smoke break while I'm paying you. Water breaks. Sure. But I'm not going to pay you to smoke even one cigarette. Do it on your own time. I had to move my own mattress and box spring down stairs. And to put the icing on the cake the owner was a complete jerk to my wife on the phone when she called to complain. I have moved several times and have used movers every time and this company is by far the worst. I do not recommend them at all. I literally could have moved my house by myself in half the time it took them if I would have had a truck to move it. I pay for convenience, not headache. I should not have to make 2 or 3 trips back to my other house to get what they left because I wasn't going to continue to pay them to move like molasses. What a total waste.”
