There were two guys and the truck, the older one was not always working he seemed to chat more than work and the other younger guy was the worker bee. I had budgeted $500 for this move which I thought was more than enough but they took their sweet time and it ended up costing me 935 dollars. The movers also disassembled a lift chair and didn't put it back together. I highly recommend you use a different company than this one.”

“ To be honest, Darryl and his guys are just alright. We ended up paying more than we originally thought, mainly due to the fact that they get paid by the hour and I feel like they definitely took their sweet time on the drive to the offload location. The drive is on average 1 hour and 15 minutes but it took them about 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to the offload location. Which is a pretty big difference if you ask me. I feel like they milked the clock a little bit. After they left and we got everything unpacked I noticed that one of the TVs that they moved had a broken screen on it. So there were definitely negatives to the experience, but I will give them props on moving some furniture for us that got dropped off by a different company. That was very helpful. Overall I did not like the service they gave us.”

“ The WORST moving experience EVER!! The following account is a deeply condensed version of ALL the events that happened during this scheduled 2 day move... Contracted for a "not to exceed" price which was to include packing all listed household items and moving a golf cart 7 miles to the new house. Signed a contract that included 4 persons to PACK the house on day one which should have included 2 trucks. The next day also should have been 4 people and 2 trucks to MOVE. DAY 1:Pack the house day. They were to be at the house between 8-9am, I had to call at 0945 to find out where they were. I was told they were unloading their truck from the day before and it would be a while before they got to our house. Showed up 2.5 hours after agreed time. Did NOT have 4 people and 2 trucks as contractually stated. Because they were late, they did NOT get the house packed on day one as contractually agreed to. They had 2 people to pack and one truck. DAY 2 Load TRUCKS and MOVE day: Again, this crew of 2, NOT 4 as contractually agreed on, showed up 4.5 hours late, using the SAME excuse as day 1. Again, there were to be 4 people and 2 trucks moving us on this day. I called repeatedly and was told there were no other crews available to help. The crew finished packing the house and told me they'd be back to move the next day. I informed them that would be a gross breach of their contract and they were to get it done that day. I was on the phone with their operations lead several times during the day and was assured the move would happen that day. The crew finished the household move late in the evening and said they didn't have the ramps to load the golf cart onto their truck and would be back in the morning to move it. Needless to say, we were pretty tired at this point in the evening and didn't have the energy to continue the battle. This is such a poorly run operation. Poor customer service due to the lack of communication. In every aspect of our move, this was a HORRIBLE experience!! I DO NOT recommend All My Sons.”
