Was going to have my vehicle transported by them also as I was moving across the country and SHE told me to NOT use their company but to use a company called Direct Connect Auto. I stupidly took her advise and had nothing but a total nightmare dealing with the company. Also the packers make a point of marking off if something (in my case, bookcases) is made of particle board so they aren't responsible for it and then overstuff the bookcases and bust out the back panels. Totally disgusted with this company and especially the employee named Mandy.”
