“ I had a great experience with this company. I was quoted for 8 hours to move a 4 bedroom house. They moved it in 6.5 hours. They came disassembled my furniture, wrapped it in moving blankets and loaded it into their truck. I was afraid of the items tipping over. I took a quick sneak peak into the trucks back and saw everything so neatly packed, strappred it looked like a Tetris game! amazing. OVERALL the mover saved me money by beating the quote and transporting my items safely. I do recommend them and will use again. PS: Ask for Eddie and see if they have any moving specials. “ I had scheduled with them and they did not give me a time but said to cancel they need 48 hour notice. I attempted to contact them two days before the scheduled date. Left a voice mail and emailed to cancel. I did not hear a response so I contacted them again and was told it was canceled. I asked for me $100 deposit back and she advised they need a 2 day notice. I explained i did and she told me I would have to speak to the person who set it up with me which was Art. I have left him voice-mails and emails and never heard back from them still to this day.”

“ Classic bait and switch from one of the most unprofessional, shady companies I have ever worked with. 12 hours before my move was to begin they called me to let me know that the price they had quoted was wrong and that they were going to increase the cost of storage by 5x. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that it is 5:00 on a Friday and that the manager is at home for the weekend and could not be bothered. I pulled up the quote on their website and walked through exactly what it said with their reservations supervisor, Eddie. At this point I knew there was going to be a problem so I printed out the signed quote. The printed version had an electronically edited stamp on it that showed Eddie had modified it while we were talking on the phone. My move was scheduled the next morning at 7:00 am. I was told by Eddie my two options were to take the new price or they would gladly cancel my move and I would be free to go anywhere else. This was on a Friday evening at 5:00 and I needed my house emptied the next morning! I have never experienced such flagrantly unethical, rude and unprofessional service. A&C brothers moving is owned and operated by people looking for a way to scam their omers in every way possible. SAVE THE AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!”

“ This company is absolutely awful. They did not bring tools to disassemble my furniture as they stated they would. They proceeded to not wrap my furniture to protect it and somehow dropped my furniture and put a hole in my wall and baseboard. When this occurred they proceeded like nothing happened and I had to ask what needed to be done. While unloading the furniture, I had to assist them because the two people sent were unable. They then left my furniture disassembled and I had to reassemble it. I was sent the claim forms for all of the damage that was done and I have been trying for 5 months to get this resolved. For the first 3 months I was told it would be resolved by the end of the week. I finally attempted to reach out to the manager Art and he never answers his phone or returns a voicemail. Anytime I speak to someone else in the company I am told I will have to speak with Art regarding my claim. I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from this company.”

“ I used A&C movers on Dec. 8th, Edgar and Jose were very pleasant to work with, I had it scheduled months in advance and they showed up happy and ready to pack me up, the trip went well but during the unpack, a full length brand new still packaged mirror was broken, a antique glass lampshade, and a antique glass vase, they were honest and apologetic about the damage, took pics and said someone from the office would contact me about how to remedy the damages, but its the 12th and I have not been contacted by anyone, wondering if they will.?? I also was disappointed with the policy for tipping, as in the past moves I have always been allowed to add the tip to the bill when paying by credit card, but they said the process was not set up that way to do so for them to receive the tip, I wish the owners would make that process accessible for us, people don't always have cash on them anymore, and its the last thing we are thinking about while the move is going on. Please rethink this procedure, they both deserved the tip I was prepared to add to the bill.”

“ This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. I've used about 6 moving companies in the past and this one is the absolute worst. In short, they were 2 hours late, broke and damaged my furniture, did not unload all of my property, took 5 hours on what should have been a 3-hour move, and only sent two movers when they were suppose to send 3. When I asked for compensation for being late and not sending the agreed-upon number of movers they said the best they could do was offer a $10 per hour discount based on the number of movers. Which makes no sense since only having two movers made the move take longer and actually ended up costing me more. On top of that, the truck they sent didn't have a light in the storage area of the truck so, since the movers were 2 hours late, they were basically moving in the dark. Their response was horrible in that I had to contact them to receive any updates on the status of my move and how I could retrieve the property that did not get unloaded. I can't stress this enough - DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, use this company unless you want to wait all day to move, want your property damaged, and generally want to be stressed out during the course of your move and days to follow. I only gave them one star because I was required to give them something and negative stars were not an option.”
