“ BEWARE !! f you are considering using AAA Quality Moving Service for your move I seriously recommend you think again and find another company, as they are the biggest joke of a company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Over the past few years I have gone through several moves both in and out of state and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. They had no other work lined up and clearly dragged my move out as long as they possibly could even when all the plastic lining and prep work was already done for them and things were consolidated ready to go, and I felt obligated to leave a tip at the end and that was the worst decision I made aside from the decision to do business with them in the first place. They conveniently forgot to mention when I asked them about their insurance coverage that they make the customer responsible for a $150 deductible per item fee because they are a rinky-dink outfit that doesn’t stand behind their work. Don’t make the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt as I did – do more research and go with a larger, more-well known company that deserves your business and will value their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.”

“ We booked these guys a month in advance for them to cancel on us same day because we missed a 90 minute window, which we were not informed of, for confirming the movers the same day, when we already confirmed with them on Friday, move was scheduled for the following Monday. Keep in mind that we had to have EVERYTHING out on the Monday and these guys left us high and dry. Besides that, we scheduled for a time in the afternoon specifically because we had prior obligations (medical appointments) in the morning, this was mentioned to them on multiple occasions and they still insisted on asking if we could move to the morning, we didn’t budge and it seems that’s all it took for them to flake out on us. A 90 minute window that came without disclaimer and a schedule that doesn’t bend to their will is all it takes for them to leave you high and dry, DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BECOME REMARKABLY STRESSED OUT. If you have a very tight window to accomplish something, these guys will try to screw you, after mentioning numerous times that the dates and times didn’t work, the representative had the audacity to ask if tomorrow would be suitable. Thank goodness we were able to find same day movers, I'd rather pay them triple than to see these scoundrels make a cent off of us, representative is incredibly disagreeable as well. Please go here if you are looking to be treated like garbage.”
