“ I initially chose A to Z movers due to the high ratings and reviews, but let’s just say everything that glitters isn’t gold. To start with they showed up in a hooptie truck that previously belonged to a well known brand (Two Men and a Truck) that should’ve been our first sign. The truck had a crappy paint job where you could still see the previous logo, which was embarrassing moving into our new neighborhood to look like we went through some cheap moving company who couldn’t even afford a new paint job on their truck. We just moved into a brand new house and now our door frame is chipped due to movers not taking extra precautions while moving our furniture. Even the furniture store who initially delivered our items used pads for door frames and made sure to be extra careful moving the items. We had purchased rather expensive mattress bags to place our mattress and box spring in and they weren’t even used by the movers at first until we raised the issue. After settling in our home we noticed they had chipped and taken a piece of wood off our bed frame. Moving is already stressful enough and you want peace of mind that your items will be handled with care, but that just wasn’t the case. If you are hesitant about spending more with a more reputable company, it will be worth your money. In the end I’m sure to have movers that care about taking care of your items and have regard for your home.”
