“ Beware if you are hoping to have potted patio plants moved! While the initial interactions were positive both from Matt via email and the estimator who visited the property, things went south on moving day. I specifically asked if they move plants and was told my Matt via email and via the estimator who saw them and even took photos of them that it wasn't a problem. Come moving day, 2 movers showed and the FIRST thing they said before they started moving anything is..."we don't move plants". After some quick phone calls to Matt, they begrudgingly moved them. Clearly they were not happy about it. I ended up wrapping the plants in thick paper before they would move them. In the end they didn't secure the plants in the truck and a huge beautiful cactus and pot were destroyed when they fell over on the 2 mile drive between properties. Their response? They swept the dirt and debris out of the truck onto the street in front of my new house. So unprofessional. What is disappointing is the furniture move went OK, but the grudge they had for the plants ruined the experience. Matt didn't seem to want to discuss compensation after the fact, for what was a very fair amount. Finally he just refunded the amount to my credit card.”

My goal was to have a zero-touch experience. I called and spoke to Brandon who came over to my house and gave me a fantastic quote. 3500.00 - 3600.00. I paid the deposit of 250.00 to hold the date. Prior to Moving Day - Packers came to the house and started packing and yes, our house was a mess, but it was exactly the way Brandon saw it and the way he gave the quote. The quote promised to pack, move, place the boxes where the rooms had been instructed and to put things back together. Was everything done perfect? No not at all. Did 2 fellas work on making things, right? Yes, they did. In this review it is 2nd times a charm.”
