The moving coordinator and the customer service girls were so patient with my parents the entire time. They were caring as well. I would use if I were moving and that says a lot. I would not suggest using Trosa, not only was it hard to book the coordinator was rude and not helpful. The quote was double the price when I looked elsewhere. I thought living close by we would support our local Durham community. We ended up going with All My Sons and received great quality service! TROSA you have some work to do and it's a shame one bad interaction can really turn you off.”

We had more stuff than would fit into the cube we had, and they did an excellent job playing "packing Tetris" and asking us which things we could leave out. They were fast and friendly. Was I ever blessed with my INCREDIBLY CARING, VASTLY SUPERIOR, INORDINATELY PERCEPTIVE, EMPATHETIC, and KIND Moving Crew from TROSA Moving Co on 8/15/19, comprised of Crew Boss, Robbie, Jordan, Will, and Jason. These men were SMART. They were THE most PROFESSIONAL and CALMING team of movers I have EVER had (and I am older!!) I always experience a lot of anxiety when moving, especially all alone, and they assuaged my anxiety and stress IMMEDIATELY, with REASSURANCE (Robbie was terrific here), BIG SMILES, (especially Jordan!), UNDERSTANDING what I was trying to say/mean when I would not finish a sentence (Jason was marvelous here, just like how my son knows what I mean!), and STRENGTH and SPEED (Will is a SUPER POWER!) Each of the crew members were DEDICATED, FAST - and I mean FAST! - and EXTRAORDINARILY EFFICIENT. They treated me as if we had been friends and, honestly, I felt that I had, indeed, made 4 wonderful friends by the end of my move. I cannot thank Jordan, Will, Robbie, and Jason enough. I may have procrastinated when scheduling a mover from Raleigh to Apex, and the coordinator I worked with went out of his way to squeeze us in last minute. Such great customer service! Our roommate used Trosa twice in the past and they were awesome for him. So when we had to move, we of course gave them a call. They were very friendly and professional. The walkthrough was quick as well. When move day came around, they were a bit late, but called to let us know, and it was only 15min so it wasn't a bother or big deal at all. They're so fast! They wrapped everything extremely well, took great caution with my Grandmothers large mirror (which is large, heavy and awkwardly shaped) and got everything moved in and set up for us. Carried the washer & dryer like it was nothing! Haha Will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs to move. We'll also be calling them for lawn services since we now know they're awesome at what they do. Thanks, guys! You're all rad and doing a great job! You should be proud of your guys and their accomplishments. Not only are we happy to report that they delivered well UNDER the quoted estimate, but they even came back a few days later and fixed a small area on our stairway wall that had been just slightly damaged due to an almost impossible situation with a large dresser and a curved stairway. These guys performed miracles and we couldn't be more pleased! Note: They are not allowed to accept cash tips, but it is okay to keep them fed and refreshed. We had coffee and donuts for them at the old house, and soft drinks and pizza at the new. All were hits and they thanked us for "the hospitality". They have a thrift store that accepts donation, and it's always okay to donate to TROSA itself. Not only okay, but a really really good thing, because what they're doing with this substance abuse program is phenomenal. HIGHLY recommend!”
