Moved to another state. Trailer was very punctual on time for delivery and pick up. Loaders where very helpful in helping us finish packing up the shell. Good communication for the most part through emails but when you call to speak to your move coordinator you never get to speak with them. You always have to leave a message with someone else. I'm handicapped and am worried about their rule about if the storage facility being more than 50 miles from your new residence; they only give you 3 hours to unload your shell. If less than 50 miles away you get 3 days to unload. Our place is 65 miles away. Just doesn't seem very fair for the price you pay.”

I've experienced only the loading phase so far. The company changed the shell arrival time, inexplicably, via phone message the day before. That worked okay for me but might pose a big problem for other clients. The movers did a fabulous job packing the shell and were helpful and efficient. However, I suggest that supervisors train every crew member not to light up cigarettes on the job, especially in front of clients. A script with talking points might also be helpful so that onsite workers won't resort to "Now, WHY are you putting this stuff into storage?"”

The experience could have been better. You are deceived because when they bring the shell out it's inside another box. I didn't realize that until I have my items moved from the shell and a lot of the furniture has indentations from the fence-like shell. There are a lot of deep blemishes due to the furniture vibrating on the long trip from OH to NC. This should have been mentioned to me in advance. They also told me that I could store my items for a month free and that if I needed to get something out I would have that opportunity. I had to make an appointment to retrieve some items out of the shell. The shells are taken out of the box and put into a large warehouse. It didn't feel like it was climate controlled. I asked them about the damage to my items they told me it has to be $5000 in damage. Use at your own risk!!”
