With only one week's notice, Zip had the inventory list online and got us a great three person team right at 8 am Sunday morning. Movers shoved my beautiful hanging wardrobe into boxes even though I ordered hanging wardrobe boxes. They ignored instructions and just shoved clothes into boxes and destroyed them- including formal dresses. Lamps were bent,cordsforTVs were not packed Together so were lost, China was broken due to them packing China with barbecue equipment. Paintings were ripped… Original canvas art was not wrapped and packed with other frames which punctured holes in the canvas. Movers left their food garbage and empty bottles in the originating home. Food garbage was left outSide and found with rodent droppings. They left half of the storage closet filled.. Do not use these movers… Especially if Alex is the supervisor- he was the worst packer.”

We also asked them to move a heavy granite table from the basement to the main floor. And the guys that did the actual moving were wonderful. They were patient and courteous. They worked nonstop around-the-clock. The only complaint I have is that I had a couple of boxes I marked fragile and when they got to the new place, they ended up being in the middle of the stack of boxes rather than separated around the top. They were still good overall though, not one item was damaged or broken. They even put the boxes in the correct room for me. A few days later Peter contacted me to follow up and make sure everything has gone well and to make sure I didn't have any issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I will definitely return.”
