Zhangs’ team was able to move a piano for me on the same day I called them, for a competitive price. They were careful to protect it from damage, and also to protect the floors and doorways. Everyone on the team was very friendly (and very strong)! They were efficient, but also waited for us to get the proper keys when we weren’t able to get into the house, and even helped fix a previously wobbly leg on the piano bench. They also made sure we were happy with the final location of the piano and that everything was set up as we wanted. I’d definitely call them for any future moves!”

We used this moving company about 4 years ago. They were recommended by a friend of ours. During the move the shattered our counter while moving our refrigerator. I personally witnessed it happened, but wanted to see if they would own up to it. They didn't. I had to report it to the owner to get it fixed. During the move to our new home, they flooded our kitchen while installing our refrigerator. Again, I happened to see it happened. I waited to see if they would own up to it, but they didn't. Do you know how bad it is to have water stay on hardwood floor. In both cases, instead of reporting to us to let us know they made a mistake, they kept their mouths shut and still expected a tip. The tip I gave them was to own up to making a mistake rather than lie about it. When asked about the counter, they said it was there already. During the repair, the people that came to fix it then made an off hand remark about my spouse who is black. They were speaking in Chinese. Not good to speak when someone who can understand them is nearby. Not professional nor are they reliable. Here's a tip, try someone else.”

Zhang Movers moved my stuff from a two-bedroom apartment, and they did a fantastic job-moving my stuff during a pandemic (respecting safety precautions), and on a federal holiday. I had good communication with lead mover, Andy and his Mongolian crew were all great and responsive! They securely packed the large fragile items, and delivered it safely and intact. For example, a large leather sectional couch, a very heavy glass table, which they unassembled and reassembled at my new place, and lastly my vast collection of various size potted plants, and a super heavy avocado plant that Andy amazingly lifted it and planted the potted the plant at my desired location. It was impressive, but I hope he was physically okay for exerting all himself for doing it. They are punctual, professional, fast and efficient. The time to move all my stuff took about 5 hours. The cost of the move was a little more than I expected, but they provided two moving trucks and 5-7 strong men to move it. They made my moving experience less stressful, and looking back…it was well worth it. I would hire them again.”
