I give this place negative stars. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the Florida Attorney General. They will quote you an amazing price for a move. Then the movers show up, pack up your things and ask for 50 times more. Its called a binding estimate but it means nothing. Try calling them after you move. Nope. No answer. No return call. Caitlyn is who we worked with. She is LOVELY on the phone. But you'll never speak to her again. I truly believe in karma and she will get her payback. I just hope hell is as expensive for her and WE-PACK as it was for me.”

I've decided to review this company because it's the only mental satisfaction I can get from my overall experience with them...I'll start by saying there contractor whom they hired for the original move was never informed about our China closet so we incurred an additional charge of about $700. Secondly they damaged said China closet upon delivery, and lost one box, which up to this point over a year later is unaccounted for, in addition to damaging the aforementioned item they damaged several formal dinning room chairs as well as granite top dressers and bedside tables. They compensated us to the tune of $160, the estimated costs was at least $500-700. Gary Zimm who was the sales rep is a complete liar and refused to speak to us when we complained about the mixup with the China closet. I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review, I can only imagine the consumers that have been screwed during the duration. Don't use them they will destroy or lose your valuables.”

Hang up the phone and run to another moving company. They are thieves and this is a SCAM company that needs to be investigated by the Attorney General in every state they operate in. When you talk to a Sean on the phone he makes you believe you and your precious belongings are in secure hands, then he hands you off to thugs who treat your property like garbage and they only want CASH on delivery of your destroyed property so they can vanish. Their name is a joke "WE PACK" when they arrived at my home they acted like they were shocked that they needed to pack! They left the bottom cabinets in my entire kitchen (expensive pots) behind and all of the medicine cabinets and bathroom cabinets behind. Since I needed them to hold my belongings for a month I did not know that this had happened to me. They busted my bed, broke my statues, busted the concrete in my driveway unloading my floor lamp and broke that in the process. Oh, and don't pay for extra insurance because that is a scam too. Their website was always down with promises that they will contact you and never did. The workers arrive looking like they just escaped from a prison and you are scared hoping that you did not make the worst mistake of your entire life only to find out that you did and your family will be furiously disappointed in you. Very TRAUMATIZED!!!! It has taken 2 me two years to recover. BEWARE!!!! This company should go straight to HELL! I hope they are eventually caught and all put in prison for a long, long time.”

BUYER BEWARE: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE should you use this company!! Look them up on the BBB website - F rating! Unfortunately, I'm just another story of a customer scammed of $10k+. To boot, our goods were damaged in transit and not all of them even arrived after the move. They won't pick up their phones to discuss unless you block your number and catch them off-guard. Possibly the most unprofessional company I've ever come in contact with - EVER. RUN AWAY! Don't walk. RUN AWAY.”

SURPRISE!!! Another dishonest moving broker. This is one of many corporations registered in Florida by David Hines. He changes addresses and names frequently to avoid prosecution. Listed address is 125 NE 32ND ST MIAMI, FL 33127. Although he may have changed names /addresses again. This is a shady, dishonest industry where people are in constant danger of getting prosecuted by the federal government. Lesson learned.”

They took my money for the moving services that never materialized for over seven weeks, would not help me deal with their carrier, and would not refund my money of over $2000. Filing my complaints with FTC, BBB, FMCSA, AMSA, the State Attorney General, and will probably see them in Court.”
