He comes in 5 minutes before they were scheduled and immediately took charge got the guys rolling quickly. He personally wrapped my granite table and carried it by himself to the truck. My fiancee is a video programmer and I collect antiques and the movers were extremely careful with our possessions and communicated very well with us. They moved the stuff out of both of our apartments (in 2 different towns) and then put it all into our new 3rd floor apartment a new town. It was really difficult work getting up and down those stairs and the guys did it quick and efficiently, nothing was damaged or banged up. I showed them all of the items that needed to be moved, and they wrapped my couch with clean wrapping so it didn't get dirty. They protected my furniture with cloth as they moved it. They left scratches on all the moldings of the house I cought one of the guys digging around in my wife's purse & when I confronted him he said he dropped his keys in there! c'mon I may have been born at night. Awful! I had a horrible experience with this company. I used Wayne movers for my recent move, and I would absolutely NOT recommend them. They sent me 4 guys in them am and 2 were drunk and barely moved anything. I became their 3 worker. Once the truck was loaded they dropped the 2 off and picked up a man that had never moved before. Although he tried, he moved very little. I worked like I didn't hire a company and although they took 200 off the already overpriced bill I had to basically scream for that. Considering what I went through this was nothing. I never received an apology other than I'm sorry you think they didn't work and they worked 15 hours the day before. I cannot imagine how they stay in business. The 2 men that actually worked were great. I hope they seek employment elsewhere.”
