Washingtons Movers was established in 2017 to finally raise the standard of moves conducted in the state. We pride ourselves in working efficiently by making sure we not only have the best equipment, but also the best employees in the business. Every crew lead we send out will have two or more years of experience, because that is what we feel like it actually takes to be able to handle every situation correctly. After being in the industry for nearly a decade, watching as other companies get bigger, only for quality of work to go down we want to make sure to handle every customer as if they were our only one.

Disappointing. The movers did not wear masks, and did not ask me if that was okay. They instead presented it as a fact: "we do not wear masks while loading and unloading." This was a clear violation of the statewide mask mandate, which requires wearing masks in apartment building hallways. They ignored signs in the building I moved into which stated the masks are required. This demonstrated little understanding of the pandemic and little concern for my safety. It was so odd, because they were otherwise really good and helpful. But this is a big red flag and a major violation of my trust, as well as the governor's order. It's not something I can look past.”

Once scheduled, he went over the insurance options and logistics of the move. During the move Leland and his crew worked efficiently. They clearly knew what they were doing.
