Submitted a detailed spreadsheet for my quote. Was told there would be three men and it would take around 4 hours. 2 guys showed up and just repeated in horrible English "not possible in 4 hours". I then asked them to get started and just do what they could in the 4 hours, they told me they needed to phone the office and drove off. When I was finally able to reach someone in the office, I was told that she couldn't control the movers. ALSO, I specifically asked about protecting the floor and was guaranteed they would cover it but upon arrival was told it would be $100 a roll. Had to scramble at the last minute to find other help.”

However this is house # 9 moving and I have now called three times, left messages and even submitted the online form with the calculator and no response. I finally was able to reach the office and they did not seem like they wanted my business. I was event told "we are very busy"...everyone is busy including me. I was even told maybe to find someone closer, for me I do not care of the location, I care the efforts they put into packing and moving my items. This round of moving, I am a bit disappointed the response I received was so very different then what I had prior. I hope you all have a better response.”

I personally have worked with Pedro, Alfredo and Elias and would enjoy working with them again. I have unpacked all of my items and everything is accounted for and in the same condition as when I left Seattle. I was worried about my flat screen TV, as anyone would be on a distance move. Elias took extra care by shrink wrapping it and securing it at the back of the truck. I'm happy to say it arrived in perfect condition. We were concerned about what we thought would be a difficult staircase to manage carrying large, heavy bedroom furniture up, but they had no problem whatsoever navigating two tight turns on the staircase; as a matter of fact, not a single scratch or scuff mark was left on the stairway walls, something we were sure was going to happen, but these guys know what they're doing and do it well! The initial company that I had contacted told me that they could move us on a Friday and Saturday and then at the last minute called and said they could only do it on the Thursday and Friday. I am a busy dentist and could not take off another day from work. I contacted Warriors and Jill told me that they could send a 5 man crew and 2 trucks and get packing and moving done all in one day! They arrived early on Friday morning and worked continuously until all of our stuff was neatly unloaded and our beds were put together in our house in Gig Harbor at 10pm!
