Dano and Eric moved me Sunday 10/29 in the pouring rain from Allentown to Raritan NJ. They showed up at the appointed time and went straight to work . They were very careful with all my furniture and even wrapped the mattress in plastic to keep it clean and dry. After the move was complete the estimate Dano gave me , which I thought was very fair, was what I paid. No hidden fees or extra charges. Dano & Eric were friendly and efficient. Here is the breakdown for Dano: Sent email for quote yesterday said he would send it next day. Today arrives no answer all day. Email him at 6pm he said oh I sent that you a few days ago...first time talking to him was yesterday. Obviously scatter brain. Said sry long day, then gives me a quote that was illegible. So he calls back uh $670 to move 5 large items and 10 boxes. Oh and if it takes 1 hour he will surely charge if for 4. Weekends more expensive and most small jobs people don't get pro movers cause not worth it. So bring cash lots of it and don't have a small apartment that's not worth it to him. No matter how quick they move it they will charge you 4 house min...hmm what a racket he said ah you don't know how pro movers work.”

I was given Valley Wide Movers name by another moving company that dropped the ball on our move. In a panic and with two weeks left to move my daughters out of their apartment in Philly, I called and spoke with Dano. He was incredibly flexible as I was working with a city apartment leasing office who did not have a lot of flexibility. He got us booked for the date we needed and based on my description of the boxes and furniture, he was able to send me an accurate and reasonable estimate in less than two hours. He stored our stuff, did a separate drop off of a couple of items on the way to storage and then moved everything to Tennessee two months later. I am a former military spouse so have moved numerous times with large professional companies, I assure you Valley Wide is fantastic! Dano is professional yet personable as well. My daughter's (Ikea) furniture arrived in TN in good condition. I would highly recommend Valley Wide Movers! If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would.
