After waiting a month after the promised delivery and 7 different failed deliveries, the truckload of our property finally arrived. The joy was short lived as about 30 boxes and about 50% of our furniture was missing. Of the pieces that did arrive, about 25% were missing a critical component. An expensive Italian Stone table was missing the base, the Bernhart Dining Room Set was missing one of the matching chairs. All of our Lennox China was missing as well as most of our expensive display items. The owner, dispatcher, and customer service simply has ignored our request for a phone call. How bad do you have to be to lose an entire office set with 3 bookcases, 2 cabinets and a six-foot cherry wood desk that probably weighs 400 - 500 pounds. There are a lot more missing or broken items! Our entire kitchen failed to make the journey! All of the items were noted on the manifest as being picked up and shown missing on delivery. This company has a long track record on DOT's site of failing to meet customer expectations. Save yourself grief read the reviews, look at DOT complaints.”
