I booked Ty’s a month before my move because I saw they had so many positive reviews. The morning of the move I stood around waiting for an hour. I finally called to see what was going on and they said the truck had broken down and asked to reschedule. After some back and forth the owner said he’d either find another truck or do my move when they were done with the other move for the day. I told him I’d start moving some stuff down to the new house in the meantime. We got off the phone and he disappeared. Never showed up and never returned my calls. I don’t know where all these positive reviews are from, but beware.”
