Crew lost the most valuable bag they were responsible for (containing laptop, ipad, and airpods). They left the bag unattended in a vestibule in our former building for around 12 hours. When confronted about the missing bag all four members of the crew claimed to have never seen the bag. The owner of the company did help us in eventually locating the bag, which was left outside our old apartment in a public area, but refused to provide any refund on her company's failure to meet the basic standard expected of movers (not losing your stuff). Due to covid-19 and not wanting to be trapped in a small space we left our apartment during the move, leaving the crew with our keys and the understanding that every item would make it to our new place. The crew did not wear gloves as stated on their yelp site and several members of the crew were ineffectively wearing masks (noses out). Other than losing our most valuable possession the crew did a great job disassembling, transporting, and reassembling all of our cheap ikea furniture in a timely manner. If you are careful to check their work and not make the mistake of having valuables handled by a moving crew they might be one of the more affordable options in the area. A good reminder to always backup your files!”
