Troy himself...well he is a pretty loud character that at first I thought was pushing me in a direction that I didn't expect regarding timing of the movers vs. closing on two houses. That said, I didn't save quite that much since his moving crew were really good guys; hardworking, careful, polite, most importantly fast! They were not milking the clock. However, Troy's movers were all extremely professional (I believe their names were Jose, Pedro & Mike). They arrived on time, all of my belongings were moved in a timely manner and they were moved without any damage. Troy's movers made it stress free and easy. I truly feel that anything you need moved, they can do it! On a side note... to look at it from their view... I cannot imagine how difficult or stressful it is to go into a strangers home and move their entire life and not know the situation of the move or what you're walking into... Troy's company completely surpassed my expectations. Troy was in direct contact with me the entire time and did an excellent job of answering all of my calls and questions right away. Troy came out to my house and gave us an estimate which was almost 1/3 the cost of another quote I received. Troy was very helpful with giving tips on how to save money with the move. The morning of our move, 3 gentlemen showed up with a MASSIVE truck and fit all of our belongings inside (2400 sq ft house) without a problem! The men worked extremely quickly and respectfully treating our belongings as their own. In the end, they ended up getting the job done on time and UNDER budget! I used Troy's Moving on my move from Lowell to New Jersey between Jan 7, 2020 and Jan 9, 2020, They loaded on one day and delivered two days later right on schedule. Troy himself comes out to examine all that will be part of the move, and gives a quote just a bit on the high side (which is great, as his high end quote is drastically lower then 3 or 4 other companies I called and that was after applying their "ahem discount coupons"). On the day of the move, there were 3 guys in a 28 foot moving truck (5 feet longer than most all other companies), these guys were all very cordial, polite and hard workers who knew how to do the job correctly. They were efficient and actually ended an hour earlier than originally quoted. (ch-ching, $$ back). We signed papers in New Jersey the next day and expected them the following day at 8:30am, they arrived around 7am and were done, and gone by 9:00am. Everything we wanted to set up was done, we are actually shipping some of the items to our 3 children all over the country and they were fantastic about ensuring that each of them had their items stacked which had their names on them in separate areas of the new garage.”

DO NOT use Troys! His crew damaged the door of my old house and my refrigerator and after over a year of him dodging my calls I finally gave up. It wasn’t even questionable whether they did the damage the guys who worked for him called him when it happened and wrote it in the receipt they provided me. He promised he would repair everything when we spoke and never showed up when he was supposed to meet me and after that point he began to dodge my calls. They didn’t take any precautions with my furniture and just threw stuff around. I’m sure if I moved more than 2 miles I would’ve had more items damaged. They showed up almost 2 hours early and charged me more than the quote because they were there too early and needed to wait parked at the new house until our closing was complete. He’s extremely unprofessional. He came recommended by our real estate agent so I didn’t research him. I did after the fact and it looks like many had the same experiences I did. It’s not worth saving the extra$$ to have a hassle with this guy. One last thing that I should mention he requires a cash deposit, so we had to go to some sketching warehouse in Lowell to make the deposit since I wasn’t sending cash through the mail.”

I called and told the owner...who then hung up on me twice...talk about being unprofessional. He will not take responsibility for this..let’s think about this with common sense.
