We have 2 young children, a newborn and a 3 year old, so finding the time and energy to pack our entire place proved too be too difficult for us. Not only did they move ALL of our belongings from our old place into our new one in 6 hours, but they also packed a fair amount of our items for us. From my initial contact throughout the entire move, the company representatives were very easy to work with, efficient, accurate with their estimate, stayed in contact with me prior, the day of the move. On move day, the move was completed by 3 Treasure team members, Irene, Dennis and Slava. They were punctual, professional, patient, and carefully wrapped and protected my items with the utmost care. In my opinion, they were quick too both removing the items from my old place and moving them into my new space. It was over 90 degrees that day and they stayed friendly, engaged the entire time. I was impressed the team was made up of female and male movers. The moving team showed up exactly when scheduled and moved my belongings from one location in Upper Marlboro and a storage unit in Washington, DC to my apartment in Arlington IN A LITTLE OVER THREE HOURS. Seriously, this was nothing short of a miracle. Plus this occurred the third weekend in March when the DMV was reeling from COVID-19. I questioned whether the move would even happen, but it went off without a hitch. Customer service was terrific. Dasha wished me and my family well each time I spoke with her. Fedor had a great sense of humor and attitude about some of the hiccups that occurred along the way (unclear directions and blocked access to the loading dock). The Treasure Moving team showed up right on time - all four of them donning masks the entire day.
