After interviewing 3 of the other “big” moving companies, Town to Town was the last company on our list. Our move required moving 2 separate Corporate offices into 1 new location in a different town. After a walk through with Dave from T2T and going over the details of the move, it was clear he understood what we needed better than the other companies. There was not one glitch over the 3 days of moving, everything went smooth sailing, or should we say smooth moving! Our employees were amazed how quickly we were able to set backup for business. Not 1 lost box, not 1 box misplaced, everything delivered to the correct cubical, department or manager's office, T2T’s attention to the detail and their orchestration of the move was spot on. Superb customer service and follow up from their team in their front office to the gentlemen that physically helped with the move. Our favorite is their Quick Pac’s, an ingenious way to pack up our items to be moved. I moved from Gardner to Holden. The truck showed up exactly on time. It was 90 degrees and the men worked very hard all day long. Box after box was treated carefully and brought in where we wanted them placed. Carlos was the head of the job and was in charge and in control all day. Furniture was placed in storage with Town to Town Movers. It was taken out of storage 6 months later and was all in perfect condition. When it was moved to the new house it was freezing cold. The men brought everything in, including some tight squeezes, without a scratch. Carlos was again in charge and is clearly a leader. Joe and Peter worked with him until every piece of furniture was put together where it belonged. Joe was especially helpful moving a large cabinet from the garage into the house. You cannot go wrong with Town to Town Movers. I could call the office and the person answering the phone knew exactly who I was. Everyone was courteous and helpful.”
