Two guys from this company came to our house in April to move a bunch of bunches and a couple pieces of furniture. They were here early courteous and got it done before schedule and we tipped them $20/pp for less than two hours. They came to the house today to help finish the move from Omaha to Arizona. We needed to be out of the house by tomorrow morning because someone was moving in the next afternoon. We have a curio cabinet that was over 6 ft that was moved into the house 15 years ago. There's glass on both sides so we had a carpenter professionally box it up. One of the guys that was here previously came into the house took one look at it an said they weren't going to move it. We asked for an extra person to come to help because of the cabinet figuring three guys could move it. The lead guy Eric(tall guy) told us they could have moved the cabinet without breaking the glass and without the carpentry on it. We tried a couple of different ways to move it but after 15 minutes they gave up. We offered to take off the wood covering it and we even started to unscrew some of it when the head guy went to call his boss. We were getting another screwdriver to start removing screws when my husband came in the house and said that they got in the car an left. The head guy was also complaining without even looking through the house that they would not be able to move everything with 3 guys in 2 house. As far as furniture goes we have one reclining couch which we took off the back cushions to make it easier to move with just the seating left. That was going to be heavy but the rest was mostly boxes because we already moved most of the boxes and got rid of the furniture. When I called the head office the person that answered the phone said they he had told his people to WALK OFF THE JOB WITHOUT TELLING US!!!!! THEY WALKED OFF THE JOB DURING HIGH MOVING SEASON WITHOUT TELLING US. This is supposed to be a professional company we found them through UHaul. The person that I spoke with also said that he would always take the word of his people before he would listen to a customer. Dude, do something good and you tell one person do something bad and I will tell everyone.....Facebook, YELP, Twitter, email you name it. We ultimately were able to use SMOOTHMOVES402 who said that he has not heard good things about this company. This is not the first time that they have left customers in the lurch not sure how they stay in business. Hope to see them out of business soon.”
