This included disassembly/reassembly, loading, transporting my belongings, and unloading - all in one day, with a three person crew. They brought all the necessary equipment and wrapped my fragile glass items/artwork. The moving company was very professional and friendly. Their communication throughout the day was excellent. I would 100% recommend them and would use them on my next move. As an added bonus, they jumped on this job with 24-48hrs notice. I had to cancel my previously scheduled moving company which turned out to be a scam - asking for double the quoted price once they came to my apartment. First, all they did was pack, no unpacking. Then, they had no supplies, which was not made clear in the initial contact with the company. 2 guys came, and I had to go buy the supplies. They ran out of supplies and didn’t ask me to get more. I was called away on a medical emergency and asked them to finish as I had to leave. They left most of the kitchen unpacked and I spent 2 hours that I really didn’t have packing after going in to inspect when I got home. I texted the owner, Chris, who apologized, but that was it. I was charged $295 for a job half done. I am truly disappointed with the lack of work ethic.”
