This review is due to my experience 6 months ago. What facilitated this review is hearing someone at my work mention that they were looking for movers and saw them on the website. So I had to share my experience.Worst moving experience ever. Movers were 3 hours late. One little guy smelled like alcohol and was completely incompetent. Tried to move a dining room table by picking it up longways and ran right into my ceiling fan, breaking it. Then proceeded to let fly a string of profanities. There were three movers in total. Only one was completely professional. You can tell a lot about a company by the way they respond to their more negative reviews. This one is argumentative and unapologetic. If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Hire them at your own risk.

Do not use them. They showed up late, almost 2 hours late. They overcharged me by $400 and cited having to use lifts and dollys as a result of the overcharge and they were highly unprofessional during the move. They were cussing and swearing at my new home bringing my furniture in, it was an embarrassing and expensive experience to say the least. I would urge anyone looking for a moving company to use ANYONE other than them. You’ve been warned!

Previous to Anthony and Sean showing up to help, I had been cancelled on last minute 4 times by 2 different movers. They showed up an hour after I had called. They were extremely professional and considerate with how they packed everything. I had a very difficult sofa that needed to be coordinated down 3 flights of stairs and they were able to pull it off. They finished everything within an hour and they were a blessing in disguise for my father and I. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

1 star DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. This was the absolute WORST moving experience of my life, and I have hired several movers in the past. I never write reviews for companies but this was such a bad experience that I felt compelled to leave a 1-star review. In short, the movers were beyond unprofessional, unreliable, inefficient, and negligent. Details of the experience are described below: 1) The two movers were 45 minutes late past the agreed upon moving window because they were "lost". No one gets "lost" in downtown Cleveland for 45 minutes--it simply isn't a large enough city for that. I MIGHT believe they were lost if they had called and explained the situation and had asked for clearer driving directions to the place. It was pretty evident the two movers rolled out of bed late and had little regard for my time and value as a customer. Not only did their tardiness inconvenience me and my plans, it also inconvenienced my building's staff/other tenants since the move was delayed and took place beyond the time slot I had reserved for the building's elevator. 2)They movers did not bring a SINGLE tool to help assist them with the labor process. Per their website, the "Local Labor Moving Only" option I had selected included "two experienced and careful movers, dollies/pads/blankets, and basic hand-tools for break-down/assembly". Our movers did not bring ANY of these things with them. Luckily, our building had a few carts and trolleys to facilitate the moving process, however to say I was extremely disappointed with the movers' unpreparedness would be an understatement. I essentially did not receive the agreed upon service for which I had paid. 3)The movers did not listen well to instructions, were inefficient, and had a lack of accountability. For instance, they broke a glass lamp shade during the move process and did not even disclose or apologize for the mistake. I understand we all make mistakes and the moving process is prone to accidents, however the movers' inability to demonstrate any accountability for their mistakes is inexcusable. The broken lamp was discovered after the movers had left, and they did not make any effort to rectify the situation. This makes me wonder if other items were damaged that have yet to be discovered. I will find out in due time. In addition, their inability to follow instructions was exemplified by the movers leaving behind a few small items in a room after they were explicitly told that the room needs to be completely cleared. This was completely lazy and negligent. 4)The move ended up costing more (extra $60/hour) due to the movers' unprofessional demeanor and lack of preparedness. 5) I emailed the company about the bad experience detailed here and received no response. They clearly do not care about their customers. This is an absolute joke of a company, and I am furious that I hired their "services". If I could give them negative 10 stars, I would.

NOT ONLY WAS HE OUT OF CONTROL WHILE HE WAS DEBATING WITH ME ABOUT THIS SMALL TRUCK HE SENT, HE FAILED TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERN IN OUR INITIAL CONVERSATION. (Large home items) I GET BUSINESS, SEND SMALL/LESS MAKE MORE. #GOOVERTIME HOWEVER, DONT SAY THINGS AND DO THINGS TO MAKE DISGRUNTLED WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS!!! HE TELLS ME TO MAKE MULTIPLE TRIPS AND GET OFF THE PHONE TALKING TO HIM SO THEY CAN STOP COMPLAINING AND START MOVING. OK WELL, CAN YOU COME TO THE JOB SITE " NO FOR WHAT" [SHAWN] "TO SEE THE SCOPE OF THE JOB" [ME] "NO I DON'T NEED TO SEE IT ETC"...."SIR YOU ARE BEING VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT"[ME] MORE RAGE CAME AND LOUD TALKING, "NO I'M NOT" [SHAWN] IT WAS SO BAD THAT THE CONTRACTOR CAME GOT MY PHONE AND INTERVENED. HE CAME BACK AND SAID LET'S JUST MAKE THE BEST OF THIS ETC....HE APOLOGIZED FOR HIM AND PROCEEDED TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE SIUTATION THE OWNER PUT ME IN. BY EXTENSION, GUESS WHO WALKED IN ON THE JOB??? RIGHT (SHAWN) WE HAD A FEW WORDS AND I BASICALLY TOLD HIM I'M DONE WITH IT...NOW AGAIN I CHOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY MY HUSBAND WANTED TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. SO I WILL NOT HEAR THE END OF IT... IF ONLY THE OWNER TOOK THE TIME TO FULLY EXPLAIN HIS SERVICES AND NOT BEING SHADY, HE WOULD HAVE NOT ONLY GOT MORE MONEY FROM ME BUT, ALSO MY 2 CUSTOMERS WHO ARE MOVING WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. I HAVE PLENTY OF REFERRALS BECAUSE I DEAL WITH A LARGE CAPACITY OF CLIENTS THAT KNOWS I REFER BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES AND ENCOURAGE TO SUPPORT THEM FIRST IF POSSIBLE. Fantastic experience, reasonable price. Eshon and Kevin were great. On-time for our appointment, surveyed our home to determine a plan for loading our rental truck, treated our belongings and home with care, worked efficiently and loaded the truck properly so things wouldn't shift in transit. This is the first time we've hired professional moving labor and it was so, so worth it. We would have had to ask some friends or family for help and it would have taken us 4x as long. $150 + 20% tip for four man hours of labor is such a no-brainer to avoid frustration and injury! Thanks, guys! P.S. I worked with Eshon to setup and confirm the appointment, pay online with credit card, etc. He was nothing but professional and I really appreciate that he didn't try to force me to pay cash, like so many service providers. I've already recommended him to my neighbors and will definitely call them again if I need additional moving services in CLE!

My boyfriend and I hired the moving company with the terms of $290 for three hours and $70 each additional hour for a moving truck and two movers to take the contents of the old home to the new home. We set a date on June 29 arrival time 10-11 AM. The company showed up at 4:30, 6 hours later than the quoted arrival time. The movers were complaining and asking for snacks and beverages, they moved extremely slow, the ramp on their truck was broken which in turn made them move a lot slower because they had to lift everything into the truck vs. walking up the ramp. Once the truck was full after 4 hours, they started swearing, saying they were hungry and that, even though there were still lots of items remaining in the home, they would not be returning to complete the move. Understanding how exhausting their job is, my boyfriend offered to take them our for dinner before they unloaded the items at his new location. After eating, they unloaded his items into an actual pile at his new home. It was like a mountain of his stuff, in the middle of the room, furniture was literally thrown into the pile and broken. They didn't leave until after midnight. We called the company owner the next day and he promised to have a truck out to get the remaining items left at the house and didn't call to tell us there was a mover on the way until 20 minutes to 10 on that Sunday evening. We were literally about to go to bed, so we asked if he could postpone since it was so late and he rescheduled for the following day. Luckily the movers he sent the second time around were much more respectful of the belongings they were asked to move. We found as we sorted through my boyfriends stuff that they had broken a entertainment stand, coffee table, headboard and put a huge tear in our sofa. Their reimbursement "claims" policy is laughable. The whole experience was a nightmare.

This was my first time using movers and this was a referral, but not the same movers. When I made the appointment, I was asked if I needed full service, or just load and unload. Like I said this is my first time using movers, I was doing my own packing and asked for load and unload and was quoted a price for the service and was told I would receive an email. I waited two days for the email to come and when it didn't, I called to inform them, I didn't receive the email and to confirm the appointment. The day before the scheduled move, someone called just to confirm, and I told the rep, I still had not received an email. Well... long story short, they showed up with no truck. Truck only comes with full service and is double the price. My apology to you for my language at that moment. They arrived an hour later with a truck, and thanks to my young grandsons (12,13, and 15) having moved most of the items out of the first apartment, I did get moved on time. But this was VERY unprofessional, and borders thinly on scamming. I will say again, I've never used movers before, was unaware load and unload does not include a truck and it was this important fact was never stated. Would have shopped around before committing to your full service option, and I never received an email detailing the service I was getting. I paid the price for full service, but you never acknowledged my grandsons and the fact that those young boys saved you time and energy on moving 98% of my belongings. You didn't acknowledge them or offer them so much as a $1.00 for their work. So much for looking out for one another, and having a teaching moment to young men on what entrepreneur along with customer service should feel and look like. If you're serious about your business be stellar.

We had hired Hard Body Haulers for a move on Saturday. They texted us 45 minutes before they were to show up saying they cannot move us that day and need to be moved to Sunday for a discounted rate. We could not move to Sunday, water and electricity were already being turned off at Midnight that night and we have a baby at home. Hard Body did not want to work with me in finding a new truck or any other solutions. when I found a truck for them to pick up, they did not want to pick it up because it was too expensive and too far away, (10 minutes from house moving into). They yelled at me repeatedly over the phone that they are trying but still did not find a solution to help me move on time. would never recommend to a anyone. They are not professional and when things are bad and their fault they will not take responsibility and try to work together for a solution. They seem to not care about the customer and only care about making money for the business.

I made a reservation online, then received no follow up from the company. I ended up calling two weeks in advance to check that everything was set up, and found that I had selected the wrong option (no truck instead of with truck), but the person assured me that it would be fixed. I then was emailed a receipt. This is my fault for not looking closely, but the receipt was for a totally different person, in a totally different state. On the morning of the move, I ended up calling them after reviewing the receipt and seeing information for a different customer, to be sure that they would be coming. It seems that they lost our reservation and our updated request for a truck. Hours late, we finally had people show up, but those people informed us that, unlike the website said, we would need to pay in cash, which is a little bit of a big deal when it's a $500 price tag. If administration or website to management communication improves, I would be more willing to recommend.

Contract said that they were suppose to show up between 8-9. At 8.45 called Shawn, he said they would be here by 9.30. Literally didn’t show up. Didn’t call to explain why. Stopped answering the phone. Truly unprofessional. Don’t use them!!!!
