This being our 14th relocation in 35 years we have reasonable expectations. This company failed in most every category in what should of been a stress free relocation. Our household goods were placed on 2 separate trailer trucks with NO notice until it was too late. One would assume that the homeowner would be advised so that “essential household items would be placed on the first truck with the non essential household items on the truck not being delivered until 4 full days after the first. Our coordinator was MIA or just avoiding having to have the difficult conversation. It’s been 1 1/2 days and I finally was able to contact the company to find out that the second load is now sitting in a warehouse waiting to be loaded yet again onto another truck. Again no communication from coordinator. The good news is all my Christmas decorations, storage items,patio furniture, bicycles, spare bedroom items will arrive on time. I do believe they call this “Bait and Switch”.”
