These guys work on Sunday - this is great! They packed us on Sunday and moved us on Monday which was very convenient 2. Everything worked great – full service packing, moving, getting everything into the new house. They were always on time. They broke nothing. They moved my fragile plasma TV and my very heavy real wood piano without any issues. 3. They had the best quote for us and what is even more important they did not charge us a penny more than the quoted price. 4. I had a very good experience with the movers who helped me with a local move. They showed up on time (wearing masks) during the time window promised, and they even called when they were on their way with an ETA, which was really helpful. The 2 guys assigned to me were professional and friendly and did the move efficiently. The only downside was that I had to pay for a 3-hour minimum for a pretty small job, but that's par for the course when moving at a peak time. The amount I paid was in line with all the quotes I got from other companies, and it was very well worth it given how smoothly the move went and all the time and trouble the movers saved me. Would definitely work with them again!”

Broke and damaged several of my things. Contacted regarding making it right. Was told they would send me a claim form. Has been 3 weeks. I’ve followed up multiple times with no response. Also, beware of paying by the hour —- the incentives aren’t exactly aligned to be quick about anything. For that I blame myself. I should have known better.”

I would not recommend this moving company. We initially thought hiring movers would make the move less stressful, but it did not. Similar to other posts, we had a move window and the guys showed up 1.5 hours late (and after going to a wrong address in another part of Boston.) We had to call to find out where they were. It was disappointing that they were not even communicative about this mistake and the extreme delay. When they arrived to move out our 750 square foot apartment (We had a one bedroom with only a few pieces of big furniture), we were quoted that the whole thing would take about 4 hours to load and unload at the new place, which we agreed. There were 3 men and my husband moving things out and it took them 4 hours to move everything out from just one location. When I arrived one of the three guys was outside sitting on his phone, while our place was still not packed up. I understand the work took longer than expected, but because of their delayed time of arrival and slow moving items out of the house, we hit rush hour traffic which added about 45 minutes onto our move time. They broke a large decorative mirror, but insisted we pay full price for the 4 extra hours and just call the office the next day. When we called, the gentleman took days to get back to us about a refund for just the mirror, and this was only after we followed up with him about the refund. I expected much, much more from this experience and I am disappointed with customer service. The guys were perfectly nice, but lacked a sense of urgency and competency. I guess this is what happens with you paying by the hour. So I would be extremely cautious about this next time. It truly felt like they were nickel and diming us because they were paid by the hour. The office manager was very late to get back to us and we have been waiting over a month to get issued a refund for just our broken furniture.”
