Jerry Jahn started out with a pickup truck in 1978 as Jerry’s Hauling Service. Over time, household moves and office moving became more of a specialty. In 2001 Spokane Movers was officially established with authority granted by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. We have served a growing number of customers each year since then. We now have 5 trucks and 12 employees. Everything was fine until they decided that they wouldn’t be able to move the couch into the apartment. There were three men moving the furniture. They didn’t take the time to actually look at the couch and find out how many bolts had to be undone to disassemble the couch in two pieces. It took a girl to figure how to take the couch apart. I called to speak with Brian and got a speech about the different types of couches they see. I asked for a call back from their manager . It has been two weeks and I have yet to receive a call. As far as I am concerned they didn’t finish their job and should credit me for what they didn’t complete. Disappointed in Spokane .”
